the app has disapeared from my laptop. I've tried reloading the download but keeps asking for donation so i donated $25 and still cant access a download

my thunderbird was deleted and although I have all my inbox emails, all my local folders are gone and I can't find them. I will pay for anyone who can help.

I created a new account with a new email because I had a fraude. Now I've two emails and I cannot close the account with the first email

I can't create a directory for an account. I can't move a directory from one account to another.
