I just installed Thunderbird 139.0.2 on Mac OS Ventura 13.7.6 and set up my Exchange account. When I get the messages I do get a list of the messages.BUT when I click on a message, the message does not come up in the message pane. When I double click on a message a new empty pane opens. I can't see my messages. What am I doing wrong?

I open Mozilla Tbird and there are no new messages since the 16th. today is the 22nd. I tied to test it by sending myself a message and got a message that the SMTP serverf had "timed out!".

Thunderbird 138/139, Windows 11 Pro 23H2. While composing a message, after a few lines the app freezes. Both the compose window and the main TB window freeze. Only opening the Windows Task manager allows me to close them. This did not happen with earlier versions.

If I save the message every few seconds while composing I can get most of the message back and continue after restarting TB. This behavior is the same in both the normal and troubleshooting TB modes. I can't even find a crash log to send to Mozilla.

Where shall I look next?

I've downloaded the program to a second computer and put in my creditials and it's giving me an error "unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password." I've entered the correct info. Help
