Hi , I am using the MacBook Pro M5 which is running with macOS Tahoe 26.5 . I have installed Thunderbird mail with version 150.0.2 . After the initial installation with only one account with few mails in the inbox I found the App opening time is abnormally high & is more than 1 minutes . I have removed the mail App few times & re installed it ( even I have re download the app from net again) , but the problem remain same .

I have removed the old folder & files from - ~/Library/Thunderbird/ , ~/Library/Application Support/Thunderbird/ , ~/Library/Caches/Thunderbird/ , org.mozilla.thunderbird from ~/Library/Preferences/. before the re installation & re started the laptop , but no improvement in results .

Also in mail setting references → Unchecked the option - Enable Global Search and Indexer Disable all Extensions and Themes under Tools → Add‑ons & Themes (No Extensions is installed) .

Just to inform that the apple mail is working fine in this laptop .

After all the above trails the results are same , the app once quit & re start - it takes around 1.5 minutes to open after which the app works normally with out any problem . Please suggest if any solution is available for this problem . Best Regards Gautam Banerjee

Bonjour, Lorsque je me connecte, j'ai un message que me dit : User is authenticated but not connected et ceci sur toutes mes boites mails. De plus, suite à un changement d'ordinateur mes mots de passe sont visibles aves des chiffres et des lettres "1//03csgEnBPtxsaCgYIARAAGAMSNwF-L9IrjQQom22l5sXSkYLP1h4BvsYHGmRYh43NZEdtoe " Je ne peux pas voir mes mots de passe enregistrés Je ne peux donc pas me connecter à mes boites mails car les mots de passe ne sont pas valides A savoir que je suis sur certaines boites mail sur @outlook.com (anciennement dbmail)

Pourriez-vous m'aider à débloquer le problème car je suis très embêtée Par avance merci et bonne soirée PS : Si je supprime l'application et que je l'installe de nouveau, vais-je perdre tout l'historique (dossiers, agendas, contacts, etc ...)

I run TBD 140.8.0 esr (64 bit) under Debian 12 Linux. Until recently I could automatically enter a special address from the pertaining addressbook, this does not work anymore. helpfiles do not show a solution thus I am here.

The addressbook is full of addresses however I have to transfer a special address via past and copy into the addressfield of the mail I want to send.

I recently went back from Thunderbird daily to the release channel when I set up my new PC.

1. On opening an email - The Subject display in Daily Version is Bold and according to the font as set in Thunderbird Settings. Just Perfect. It is not the same in the Release Channel. Looks not so nice.

2. In Release Channel -- under settings If I choose to display the "Name Only" under Message List for address display format. It ignores

3. Release channel is ver 146.0.1 .. If I go back to Thunderbird daily .. will I be able to use the same profile used for the Release channel?

I have checked and recheck the format for sending they are correct. This occurred around 2nd April As I am making arrangements for a family member's funeral this is an urgent matter.
