I KEEP TRYING TO GO INTO MY E-MAIL AN IT WILL NOT LET ME. IT KEEPS COMING UP SAYING NOT RESPONDING. I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. THE LAST DAY I WAS SENT ANYTHING WAS 11/25/2022. I KNOW THAT I NEED TO GO THOUGH MY E-MAILS TO GET RID OF A BUNCH OF THEM TO FREE UP SPACE. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO. Does Firefox save a backup copy of things like address book and archives? It so, where and what are the file names? How do I prevent future updates from removing important data? HELP!

I realized that when i use Quicsearch field for searching in message BODY, it works wrong. When i put to search field value 1084783026 it finds some messages, but when i delete one number (either from begin or end) , it does not find anything, even not than previous records . I got to some problems because of that... :-( With regards Martin

Thanks for your help...

Vcard is not enabled in my settings (see screen shot) But whenever I send an email a blank card appears at the bottom. Is there some other setting i am missing?

I am downloading emails from the web but they won't open. I have 3 in inbox for doxatmj@dircon.co.uk and 1 in muhuhu@dircon.co.uk - can't "Get Messages". Please help something has happened. Kind regards, Jane Doxat-Pratt

How can I remove donation POPUPS. I installed Thunderbird a few weeks ago. Because of the excellent working mailbox, I immediately transferred a donation and then received a friendly confirmation, but still those annoying POPUPS.

今回のトラブルは、ver:102.2.2 (64bits)にバージョンアップした時点 でログイン出来なくなり、パスワードの変更を求められました。

現在の状態は、次の通り順番に内容を連絡いたします。 1.プロバイダがYahoo!JAPANからパスワード変更しました。(XXX図) 2.その後にログインした処、ログインに失敗しましたとの表示(CCC& 　DDD図)されました。 3.そこで、メールアドレスのセットアップ(BBB図)しました。 4.次に当ソフトからツール＞設定＞プライバシーとセキュリティ＞パスワード＞ 　保存されているパスワードを開いたら、何と送信メールのプロバイダが欠如 　していました。(AAA図） 以上が現状です。9/10頃から発生していますので、早急に対処手順を当GMAIL に回答返信お願いします。

Been using TB for ages - love it - however it has recently stopped receiving emails - what is the cure? Reinstall? New update?

I just installed TB 102. I have multiple cardDAV accounts set up in Thunderbird, they synchronised fine as far as I can tell. But when I type anything in the field "search all address books", nothing happens. Even if I press enter. The entire list of contacts remains displayed, I can scroll it, as if I never typed anything in the search field...

Any view what I could be doing wrong? I have only two add-ons: Dark Reader and Addon Compatibility Check.

TB 102.6.1 (64-Bit), macOS, DE locale

TB macOS with GUI on extras "Filter" edit lacks scrollbar in sub-window thus making amending / editing of filters almost impossible on the macOS GUI of TB. This mishap was introduced in TB 102.6.x only recently, I presume.

Please consider correct and fix asap.

Question: How to reasonably edit the textual config file for TB filters in cases like this?

Last night, all of my Thunderbird mail disappeared. Thousands of messages.

I have 3 email addresses, each from a different server, one being Google.

I work on a Mac, Monterey version 12.6.1

Thunderbird is 115.4.1

The inbox for each of the 3 accounts says how many messages exist, but none are visible.

This morning, incoming mail is visible. But one of my test messages to myself disappeared a little while after I sent it.

I'm pretty devasted! I've used Thunderbird for more years than I can remember.

I've lost messages I need to refer to and templates for business.

I'm highly functuional on my laptop and with my email, but I'm not a tech person.

How can I recover my emails?

My work emails do exist on the server. But much of my gmail is no longer on the server.

My version of Thunderbird is 102.0.3(64-bit). It will not update. i keep getting a message that it is not able to download the update and need to download a new version for the update. Can any one help me. Thanks

Why can I see my e-mail messages and delete them for my djclwebster@saveourchurch.org, but not on my dwebster@saveourchurch.org account or the info@saveourchurch.org Should I "uninstall" Thunderbird to get back the older version or is there a solution for the new update?
