Hi All. I have had to buy a new pc as my old one died. I have updated the new new pc and am currently downloading all my emails but wondered if the all the separate folders i had on my old pc ( in the firebird email app ) will be copied as well or have i lost them? Also if they are not downloadable i still have the hard drives so would they be on there somewhere ? Thanks for any help

I'm trying to import emails that I backed up from my wordpress website's hosted email on hostgator. I have downloaded a mail.zip file however when I try to import it using Thunderbird it shows 0 emails imported. How can I import the emails using the file I have?

Can I run Thunderbird 102 (full install) with Supernova portable? I want to see what SN looks like w/o commiting it. If I install SN portable on my Win 10 PC can I later remove it w/o damaging my TB 102?

Internode have stopped providing email services, and are using The Messaging Company. I want to re-estiblish my Thunderbird account that I was using previously. Can someone explain (simply please) how to re-activate? Many thanks Sue

After crash, I had to reinstall Windows. After I enter correct address and password, Thunderbird won't connect. I suspect that my two party authorization set up with mail.com is the problem. Thanks

All of a sudden 4-5 days ago I no longer can receive my Washington Post, only way is to scroll way down to last known one. What in blazes is going on at Tbird? Who is responsible? Is there anyone who can put it back at once? Yes my subscription is valid. If all of you refuse my small request, it means I have to PAY my own tech support, which is not fair of you. I don't care who messed it up; I only want my paper back NOW. I have noticed that Tbird is now run by volonteers; is that the problem? PLEASE help. Thank you

dear sir, i want to swith to your application but i have a very large OLM ( outlook for mac ) file. can i import the OLM file to my Thunderbird account ?

This morning I copied the entire .../Roaming/Thunderbird folder to a server for storage. Once I built the new Win 11 PC and installed Thunderbird, I then copied the saver Thunderbird folder back onto the new PC in the Roaming folder, over writing the old data. In both operations, Thunderbird was closed. Now when I open Thunderbird it just keeps asking for a new profile to be set up. There is no evidence Thunderbird is using my old data. BTW, I have 3 email accounts that are part of my saved files and all have email associated with them. So, how do I get the new installation to recogfnize the old data?

I am unable to download thunderbird installer file from www.thunderbird.net. I still get an error message that Windows 11 can't read the source file.
