I have been using TB for many years and although Nebula was behaving a lot of times with Not Responding. I was able to send and receive Emails without issue.
I needed to access my Charter Spectrum account and had forgotten my PW ... I changed the password on their webite in order to view some other parameters, (nothing Email related).
Since changing my PW at their website I am no longer able to use TB to send OR Receive Emails.
Have been on the phone with Spectrum/charter for 2 days now.
Verified ALL settings were correct as per their people.
I also got a lot of "we don't support 3rd party Email clients".
I was a pc tech in a past life and remember that same old schpeel!
Since this
I uninstalled TB reinstalled and no change still no work!
I deleted my profile folder and everything TB associated.(nothing touched in the Registry.
Reinstalled and same old thing --- Here is the SMTP error I reeceive, IMAP generates a similar failure message.

Charter/Spectrum says it's TB's issue.
I disagree, It seems to me they want to lock me into using THEIR website as my only avenue to send/receive Email.
Please help me get out of this horrible nightmare -- Seems they are the ONLY provider in my area and they pretty much told me "sucks to be you".
