Since around 2 weeks i noticed that empty browser elements appear and reduce the visible content window of different websites.

It is unclear what exactly causes it, but sometimes this behaviour can be triggered when setting focus on a field which requires keyboard input. I switched between gboard and swiftkey to make sure it is not causes by third party software / keyboard, issue does not occur in Chrome so it already can be exlcuded. ReInstall did not solve the issue.

When a page refreshes, it goes to a completely different part of the page. It's very irritating. And whilst I'm here - it is extremely rude, that Mozilla provide an email address in the Play store, but this email is unmonitored. If there is an email, it should be used. Or remove the email

I updated to version 142.0 on 26 August 2025 on my tablet running Android 10. When I went to my favorite website and tried to enter text into a text box in a discussion forum the screen went dead white behind my keyboard and brlow the URL bar. I couldn't see what I was typing nor anything of the website (which has a black background).

This is repeating on discussion forums but not in private messaging. As soon as I make my keyboard (Gboard, latest release) disappear the website comes back.

Definitely related to the update, as five minutes before I downloaded it everything was working perfectly. I cannot get a screenshot because as soon as I try, Gboard disappears and the website screen returns.

Any ideas?

(Also, is there a way to tell Mozilla directly rather than crowdsourcing a tech problem they created?)

Why doesn't Firefox on android allow purchases of videos and books with amazon. I have to access my account through Chrome or the ms browser. This is really rubbish and is getting me close to leaving you entirely because it is such a handicap.

Hi, I noticed recently that on my mobile phone whenever i try to search for anything via Firefox browser... as soon as i hit enter... google redirects the search to their own android browser which i hate honestly. I've been using Firefox for ever and its the only browser I use.

I'm letting you guys know what Google (on android) is doing. Stealing traffic away from Firefox.

Why does my Firefox browser constantly deny access on my PC AND my smartphone to the web site newsmax.com? This is irritating. If I switch over to MS Edge or DuckgoDuck, I have no problem accessing this website. Is this something political? Should I change my web browser from Firefox that I have used for several years?

Please stop this irritating intervention.

To set the tone, I hate smartphones. My computer just died, meaning now everything must be done on this dratted device. It's a Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, and I can't even find what software I am running, although my last system update was 7/1, and I autoupdate Firefox. I cannot log into Walmart on this thing. I put in my e-mail, but instead of asking for my password, it takes me to Walmart's home page. This happens repeatedly. I feel strongly about not using corporate apps, so I don't want to install Walmart's. I am using AdGuard AdBlocker and Privacy Badger

When I view my Wordpress website on Firefox/Android, the CSS @media changes are not rendered. The change is simply moving the text from the top of the screen (where it is on the desktop Firefox) to the bottom of the screen (in the phone app). - Delete data when exit is checked in the Firefox phone app. - I also go into the Firefox phone app browser settings and clear the data manually. - I go into Settings > Apps on my phone to the Firefox app and clear the cache there as well. Yet, when I launch Firefox again and view the website, no changes occur. I have done this several times and still the changes do not occur. What is wrong here? Why doesn't Firefox/Android make the changes?

I can't access reddit.com on Firefox for Android. I have no problems accessing it on Firefox for PC or Mac. It was loading fine this mornig, but for the past couple hours, I've been getting "address not found." I have cleared my cache and all browsing data. I tried force stopping and restarting the app. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing fixes the issue. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Firefox cann't use microphone in my android 5.1 device. But a camera work perfectly (after confirm allow in a pop-up with asking "if you want to share your device’s camera and microphone with that site.") FireFox detect microfone as "default input device" but it doesn"t work. In a special sites that can test a work of the microphone, drop down list of the detected device (in the Firefox) contains only one item "default input device" and microphone doesn't work. In other browsers (Chrome), вesides this "default input device" that drop down also contains other items and microphone work perfectly I need to use microphone in Firefox for web version of a messenger that doesn't support in ohter browsers and apk on this android device

Hello, when using a dropdown list that is connected to an external source (excel on the cloud), firefox on android does not offer us options. It works in other browsers. Ideal worked in Opera. Where is the problem with firefox?

I recently fully switched over to Firefox, outside a few minor things it's working beautifully. However since a few weeks i'm having huge problems with the text-fields within the browser, like Google Search and various other sites. I switched from Stable to Beta, no luck. To prove it still exists, I used the nightly build. It deletes whole pieces of text when pressing space and when backspacing the word sometimes returns. It's very unusual behaviour, but other browsers dont have it.

I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro, latest update (BP1A.250505.005.C1). I tried with Google Keyboard and Microsoft Swiftkey, both give the same issues and it's honestly not usable anymore for me. Below there is a screen recording showing the issue.

I have updated to the latest Firefox version for the Android app, using Samsung Galaxy S20. When viewing YouTube in mobile view (desktop view works though) through the browser, the comment section seem to be invisible and not showing. I have tried fresh reinstalling, and toggled all the settings, but I can't seem to get it to work on Firefox. Other browsers like chrome works just fine. Is this a bug?

The substack pages don't work (cannot like, see my posts, etc). Cannot subscribe to publications. Sometimes a prompt to enable Javascript appears but I couldn't find how to do it.
