When I receive an email from Firefox Accounts (for example when I sign in on a new device), the email is in French instead of English. All other menus and webpages from Mozilla are correctly in English. It's only Accounts emails that have this problem.

There is no language option on the settings page at accounts.firefox.com. My language is set to English on every browser I'm signed in on, and my IP is in an English-speaking region. My email client and devices are set to English as well.

My guess is that a Firefox Accounts setting was changed to French many years ago, and at some point that setting was removed, leaving it stuck in French. Anyone know a way around this?

In the past few weeks i cannot sign in to my accounts with different vendors like Amazon. A pop up window appears when I click on "Sign In" and the window states, and I quote: "Open in another app

                                                                                                         Would you like to leave Firefox to view this content?"
                                                                                                          Cancel                     Open 

If I click on Cancel it will let me enter the email or phone number in the site pop up box. But, once entered and pressing the continue box, which would normally take you to the password box, it brings up the same window as above. Then it does not matter whether i click on Cancel or Open, it will not give me a password box and will not take me to the site. It presents a page that states We're sorry, The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. So, I cannot call any Firefox Tech person and get this straightened out. Also today, the website icons I have saved to my home page were greyed out today. I went to Verizon and they determined it was an issue with Firefox since that is how I accessed those sites and used that search engine to save them to the home screen. I decided to reload those one at a time and then erase the greyed out icons. When I got the 3rd one done the other 29 became live again. Not sure what is at issue here but i do need assistance. Firefox for Android 110.0.1

I have created a simple HTML login form (code pasted below). In the past it worked perfectly using Firefox on Android but now when I tap inside the email field the Suggested logins link appears above my keyboard as normal and, when I click on it, a list of suggested logins is presented as normal. If I tap on one of the suggested logins (A URL with ...... underneath representing the password) I am taken back to the login form but the suggested login has not populated the email and password fields which are still empty. So, I have to type or copy and paste the email and password into the fields in order to be able to login.

When I try to logon to some sites, Google Drive for instance, the input field lose focus when I click and try to use my saved logins and the field stays empty. I go to the URL, click the account name field, then the suggested logins (not sure what the exact English header says, since my settings are in Swedish), and it sort of quickly flicker and then the saved accounts and passwords comes up, but by then the field has lost its focus.

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10E phone. Firefox used to (with my permission) autofill all previously saved id/passwords in all apps. Now I receive a message stating 'unlock Firefox'. My phone itself does not have an password and I don't want it to. Please advise, thank you.

Since a couple of weeks my autofill for passwords stored in Firefox mobile stopped working. See in the image for my Android version.

To be clear, I don't use firefox as my password manager for other apps. I just want the passwords stored by firefox for logins to work on websites I visit with firefox.

On the moble browser for android I can't get websites to change from being in dark mode. I have made sure dark mode is off on the browser and the system. I have tested the same sites on other browsers to make sure it was not the sites. The browser and system are up to date.

hi. recently on firefox android when i choose my desired login accounts on websites, after i tap on them, nothing will happen and i should fill them manually. i have my account sync for a long time a it is just happening recently. how can i fix it. thank you in advance

Can't find anything about it, just presumably on browser Firefox. When I accidentally tap "Bing search", it opens up Microsoft Edge, which I don't even have. Deleting Bing as a search engine does nothing. So yeah, please help?

When entering a login in a other app, which I have saved in Firefox, I will see the "Unlock Firefox" button appear in my keyboard, with an icon for the fingerprint sensor which is my primary screen lock, but clicking it does nothing. Sometimes this corrects itself for a while and at random times comes back. I have found other users in the Help section having this problem but have found no solution or setting that causes it.

I have the latest version of Android 13 and Firefox up to date on my phone, but there's been some weird behavior when playing videos as of late. Videos refuse to properly go fullscreen now. When I tap the fullscreen button, the video moves to the center of the screen but stays in portrait orientation, which is obviously not what I want. In addition, picture-in-picture is not working at all, and the notification control panel (that lets you pause and play minimized videos from the notification) is not appearing even though notifications are not disabled for Firefox. Videos still play, but almost none of the features for them are working. What is going on? Can anyone help?

So imagine your filling out a form online using firefox for android and you come across a question that you cant remember the answer to so you switch apps to check through your notes.

Upon finding the necessary info you switch back to firefox only for the page to refresh itself and for you to lose all your previous progress. Why???

I've also encountered this when paying for an item and i need to confirm the payment through my banking app. i go to the app, confirm the payment, switch back to firefox and the page refreshes and i have to start over!

Is it just me? Please fix this. It's the one thing that sucks about this otherwise great browser.

Please help. I'm using Android 11, when longing into one of my apps, I get Unlock Firefox. Tapping on it has no impact. In my settings I can view all my bookmarks and passwords. Yet the auto fill is not working. Sync are on.auto fill is on and so forth. What type of correction is needed?
