Logged into Mozilla, Sync now does nothing, "Last synced: never" Also crashes frequently all since last update.

When commenting on 9gag, the blue "post" button disappears. If I choose "Desktop sight", the entire page reformats and becomes different and I lose all of my posting information.

I'm not sure why, sometimes the status bar clock and stuff do hide, but I just can't seem to figure out how to get them to hide every time, and they usually don't. I've already tried disabling picture in picture for the app but that isn't noticeably helping. Full screen video is supposed to hide those, right? What are the reasons it wouldn't?

On the Firefox Android app, after closing few tabs, exiting the application and re-entering the application, the closed tabs reappears as if they weren't closed at all. I found this is a well known bug and there are few open threads on bugzilla on this topic. Someone said that's related to a corruption of the closed tabs' json file.

PS. It's difficult to share a screenshot, probably a video is more explanatory

I have firefox for android, and I have ublock origin, which is great.

However, firefox seems to refresh constantly- even if I minimize it than return instantly- it automatically goes into a refresh mode, it refreshes randomly while scrolling- I wish I coudl completely turn this "feature" off across all browsers.

I cannot state how many times I have lost VITAL data from this annoying random refreshing.

It should be an option to completely disable refreshing of ANY kind, rather than forcing it down our throats, and losing time, and data. If I want to see new content I will refresh it myself/ re enable the option. I was hoping this ridiculous "feature" would be phased out when humanity pulled its head out, but apparently- it's gotten even worse, now.

I was a bit surprised that I found some mozilla kraken benchmark 1.1 results that were somewhat better than mine (despite being done on the same mobile SoC as mine)

I then read closely that the better score was made on the Chrome Mobile browser.

I then installed Chrome on my mobile and also suddenly got results which average were about 25 - 28 % better than when I ran Kraken in Firefox Is that to be expected? Or can I do something to make my firefox just as fast?

Hi, this issue has been present for a long time for me, and with many versions of Firefox Nightly for Android.

I'm always using the latest nightly for browsing Youtube only, with a set of specific settings and addons (since we can't use profiles on Android yet)

My problem is I've configured the Homepage to never show anything but a few URLs I chose to pin, you can see my settings and my homepage in the screenshots attached.

Despite the "Recently visited" setting being disabled, sometimes, but not everytime, the last pages I visited are added to the Homepage, after the pinned sites. I have no idea what triggers it or not, if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug.

I have read the thread for this similar problems, tried all the suggestions but I'm Still experiencing videos not staying full-screen. Is there any other solution to it? This has started since yesterday but everything was fine before then.

When a video plays, it will be laggy for a few seconds, the came back normal. Sometimes it doesn't recover from it. This happened almost everytime for the Firefox 124.2 version, seems like it has a frame rate cap.

As I installed the Firefox 122.0 version, it only appears a few times a moment, but still face a small chance to occur.

When i use mozilla in android 13 tablet, and i click on the 3-dot menu while the address bar is set to appear in bottom of screen, i cannot see the full 3-dot menu neither can i scroll to the end of it -only half od it appears. When the address bar is set at the top of the screen,the problem does not exist in landscape view. Please fix it

Triggered usually by any Website with a (google) map.

   Chrome on Android 13 on the Oukitel RT5 displays these Websites properly.

'Split Screen' functionality & gestures useless. The appear they might work until finger contact with the touchscreen is discontinued, then every attempt rebounds to half the screen still black.

  The only 'way out' of 'split' screen is to exit FF.

There appears no way to 'disable' Android's split-screen functionality

Any website that uses OscillatorNode and other similar features has the audio generated devolve into a crackly mess after only a second or two.

Steps to reproduce : - go to YouTube - open a video - press the full screen button or tilt the phone sideways to trigger full screen - Firefox crashes and forces back to home screen - if opening Firefox again only half of the video component shows as in portrait mode, rest is black screen - if attempting to go side/full screen does properly show the video, but going back again to normal screen still shows the half black screen

I can reproduce this with a almost 100% rate, it only fixes itself by restarting Firefox, where it will work until phone is put to sleep mode.

I tried reinstalling Firefox from scratch, as well as deleting my browser cache and it didn't fix.

Sometimes when I click full-screen on a video, the app view disappears, and I am back out on the home screen. I still hear the video, and can switch back to Firefox and try full-screen again. It usually (maybe always) works the second time.

When it happens, I can briefly see the video go full-screen and rotate to landscape. When the view has disappeared the screen rotates back to portrait. Whenever a video stays in portrait mode when going full-screen, the problem does not occur.

What I have tried:

• Switching versions of firefox, they all have the same issue; Firefox, Firefox Nightly, and Fennec.

• Clearing cache and disabling add-ons has not worked, but seemed to make it happen less frequently for a while (not sure).

• I tried activating automatic screen rotation, but this made the problem worse. It would then not work the second time and firefox would only display part of the website in the top right corner of the screen. Closing it and re-opening it multiple times did not work. I had to turn auto-rotate back off.

• I'm using the KISS launcher. Tried switching to various other launchers, but it made no difference.

OS: Calyx OS 4.12 HW: FairPhone 4 Firefox: Fennec v116, Firefox Nightly Add-ons: uBlock Origin, Tampermonkey

Nothing will load in my browser after an Android update to my phone last night. All pages that I was viewing yesterday on different tabs remain gray--no error or other indication of how to fix this. Chrome and Incognito load the same pages without issue and work fine.

I suspect the issue was introduced with the Android update to my phone last night but not sure.

Every time I open a video and Firefox the stupid media control opens on my phone and plays the video or music or whatever I clicked on in the background for eternity unless I pause it, but then after a few minutes it just starts playing on its own again. Why is there no option to disable or close the stupid player?

I close Firefox I end the process but yet the stupid sound keeps coming out of my phone even with the screen off all the apps closed.

The only option I have is to hide the media control which then plays the music with absolutely no way for me to stop it. If I click on settings from that window it brings me to a screen where both options are already disabled saying not to use it but it's still opening anyways.

I can only find remedies for Windows or Mac I have not come across any solution for Android. I basically have to restart my phone every time this happens in order to get it to stop.

All web pages in Firefox for Android and blank, just a white screen. Send like the same issue others have reported recently, but unlike them v114.1.1 has not fixed it. It may even have been when it started though I'm not sure about that.

I pay my fees from mozile firefox but the page get refresh n fees receipt is not generated but the amount of fees will be debited from my bank account what should I do
