Hi! I use Firefox Nightly on Android. I found a strange behaviour. When I click "three-dots" button on my bottom bar, and the list of menus shows up, I see only half of it, like in landscape mode (but I'm in portrait mode), when I try to swipe on it, it goes back to normal and I see the whole list, but no matter what I click, nothing happens. When I click on something before swiping, it works. My phone is Samsung A71 (4G version) I have Android 11 and OneUI 3.1 Nightly 210411 17:01 (Build #2015804043) AC: 75.0.20210410143112, 4bfb91577 GV: 89.0a1-20210410091448 AS: 74.0.1

Hi,

I am using Firefox since beta version but this is the first time i'm contacting you for issue.

Now, when i'm using Firefox on fire tv, i noticed the message that Mozilla won't support Amazon Product anymore. That's sad news. I don't know why you are abandoning the support on thoses devices, but IT is not fair for the users like me to push a last update with that message that can't be removed. It looks like sabotage to me. You can disagree with Amazon and don't want to support their Platform anymore, but removing the last version of the Amazon app store and sabotage on Firefox won't affect Amazon but Your" users that choosed Firefox over Silk. So i'm asking you to give us a last version without that message or uven better, the version for Android phone and tablet could support the mouse like it is the case for the tv version, users can managed to install it manually.

Starting about a week ago, Firefox has had periods where it would freeze for about 5 seconds, followed by working normally for about 10 seconds. In between cycles of freezing, there would also be periods where it functioned normally. The freezing doesn't seem to be triggered by anything specific. It happens when I'm scrolling, typing, or even sometimes when I'm doing nothing at all on a page. This also happens whether or not I have other programs open that could be slowing things down. According to task manager, I have plenty of spare CPU and RAM when it happens. I've tried turning off hardware acceleration, recreating the places file, and checking session restore as per this help article. It has also happened after restarting Firefox, so it shouldn't be a problem with that.

I'm getting Secure Connection Failed error on every single website I try to visit. Including sites such as microsoft.com, duckduckgo.com, google.com, etc. (Strangely, mozilla.org works fine.) Try Again never works, and Advanced - Accept risk works sometimes, but not always and if I close Firefox app and re-open it's back to the error page. I can't believe this is a common problem, so there must be something about my phone that's causing this. Android 11. Happens whether or not WiFi is enabled. What could it be?

i am having problem with input lag on the address bar on my tablet device but not facing anything on mobile device . the keyboard is poping up late and its lags like anything when i type but there is no lag on websites search bar . i have cleared the caches , reinstalled it updated it but of no use it was present in previous version too but i thought it would get solved on the next update and today i updated it to 85.1.1 but the problem is still there . it makes the app un usable. it started with previous version before that it was working fine since the last two update this problem has occurred

Websites are fine, but if I open up the address/search bar firefox instantly begins to lag and there is a serious (5 seconds or so) delay between typing and the text appearing.

I have tried disabling search features (search from history, search bookmarks), I have tried disabling add-ons, and I have tried clearing the app cache

Weirdly enough, this problem persists on Firefox Nightly, which I had never downloaded before just now.

Please help.

Hello,

my Firefox on Android running on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 suddenly stopped working after five years. It does not display the content of the web page even though it loads it completely. I can see only blank page. I concluded that the website is fully loaded because on a “blank” page I can tap on any link that is then loaded, but the website still ends up being completely blank.

I tried the following: - clean firefox cahche - reinstall firefox - reboot the phone several times - install other versions of Firefox (nightly, firefox for Android Beta, Quantum)

Nothing helped.

Chrome browser is running normally.

I haven't changed anything from the settings on my mobile phone, nor have I added any new apps. I've had a problem for the last week since, I guess, since the last update was released.

I'm in a bad situation because Firefox is my favorite browser that I use on five devices connected to the cloud.

P.S.

By searching this forum I found that it was some kind of bug in Firefox, but that was more than two years ago and the problem was marked as fixed.

Please help and advice.

good morning, on my new smartphone, NOKIA 5.1 PLUS with android 10 security patch October 2020, I have installed Firefox (as previously on all other smartphones). I'm having a problem with downloading documents from sites (any type of PDF-JPG-ZIP .... etc). The downloads start but then do not download anything (you can see the download arrow at the top of the smartphone). Shortly after he goes wrong. I tried to uninstall and reinstall without solving.
