Dearest creators, Firefox for Android have a bothering issue. In any Android phone while listening directly from SoundCloud site not from app, while only in background the sound of the music is clipped and sometimes interrupted. I only use Firefox and also as a music player and it's perfect, but lately I have found that SoundCloud have problems with audio rendering while (in my case only) Firefox is in background. Also for this site cannot be applied any sound equalizer compared to any other YT or online radio. Please fix this issue... You're the best!

In previous version of Firefox (the one with regular tabbed browsing for normal and private browsing) if use https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=0919848012345, I used to get a button continue chat and clicking on it used to take me to WhatsApp directly. Not the button directing me to an WhatsApp page asks me install :(. Also selecting the URL used to give me WhatsApp app icon along with cut copy paste options, which also used to direct me to WhatsApp. Now that icon is missing. The same is working on chrome on the same mobile. Firefox version : 89.1.1 (Build #2015812947) AC: 75.0.22, 5204f4025 GV: 89.0-20210527174632 AS: 74.0.1

Attaching pics : 1. Firefox showing message that WhatsApp isn't installed 2.selecting URL doesn't show WhatsApp option 5. On Chrome, Clicking on chat button directs me to WhatsApp. 3,4. On different mobile with same version of Firefox, Selecting URL shows option to open and clicking on it gives option of whatsapp

So my bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox on my Microsoft Windows laptop aren't showing when I log in with the same account using Mozilla Firefox on my Android phone.

Am I missing something? Anyone else have this problem? I'm open to suggestions..

It's not a very dangerous issue, or it's more of a VS Code or Jupyter issue, but I hope the community pays attention to it because it doesn't happen in Chromium based Android browsers.

Latest update on my Huawei tablet and phone has NOT happened.

Currently still running on 88.1.3 installed 27 May.

Здравствуйте, при проигрывании видео на разных сайтах звук в наушниках слышиться совсем по другому, чем в других браузерах. Он становиться более глухим. Возможно какие то настройки его меняют, потому что при нажатии кнопки проигрывания слышен ожидаемый звук, но дальше он становиться глухим.

Most mobile sites are of a lower quality than their desktop counterparts. Less features and constant requests to download unnecessary apps are annoying and waste screen space. How do I force the Firefox app to only open desktop sites?

Because when I do the toggle bar it only works for one tab and when I open links to new tabs, it switches them back to the mobile version. Which for some sites that prevents me from being able to read or access things because the mobile version switches to a page that is just a prompt to download the app and clicking the desktop toggle doesn't bring me back to the page I wanted.

I saw there used to be an addon that would have been useful. It's dead now. Is there any useful replacement add on? Any convenient workarounds?

After I updated Firefox on Android to version 89, at random times it crashes when I open it and nothing works excepts reinstalling it (Android says it's crashing continuously and the only thing I see after is the crash reporter). Problem is that everytime it happens I lost my collections and settings (those seems not to be synced like bookmarks).

I suspect its related to sync, I currently have 3 devices in sync, a linux desktop, an android 5 phone and an android 9 phone (I consider it the main firefox for me). It started after updating both the phones and the desktop to 89.

I'll just attach the screenshots I guess. I also have Firefox Focus and another browser installed and they both work fine.

I'd rather not reinstall FF or wipe data as I have lots of stored logins and history and so on. I've been using it on here for quite a long time now with only one extension which is ublock origin.

I'm not 100% sure how sync works. I tried setting it up to see if I could use it to preserve my data but the sign in for it wouldn't load either (same error).

My Firefox can't access www.bing.com. Phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. But my Opera Mini can access Bing in save data mode & can't access in nomarl mode.

When filling out online forms sometimes I need to check information on another app or when checking out of online purchase I need to go to my banking app to allow the purchase, whenever I go to another app or the screen locks when I go back to firefox the page has done refresh which in most instances, especially online forms, means I either get a timed out message or I am brought back to the beginning screen with all information I entered erased. For some online purchases I am never able to complete the transaction because I am sent back to beginning of the form everytime I approve the transaction in banking app. Any solutions?

I am signed into the Firefox Android app on two phones. When I signed into the app on my new phone I was expecting my collections to appear but they didn't.

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

When I directly tap on a youtube video from listings it plays the video, but if I open in a new tab, or open a previously opened tab, or reload the page, it is stuck on a silver loading circle. I have tried on chrome and adblockplus browsers and I see the same circle but then the videos will play. It seems youtube recently updated their site to autoplay videos with the tap to unmute as the first tap and then tap again to bring up controls and then tap pause to stop the video. But only on firefox is this a problem. I have posted in youtube help forums but wanted to post here as well.
