I have a new phone - an AT&T GoPhone - ZTE Maven Z812. When I play music, videos online, etc., they continuously stop and start I have Google Chrome but also downloaded Firefox to use as my browser. I have tried to download Adobe Flash Player unsuccessfully several times I also tried Flash Player 11.1.apk but was unsuccessful. I am trying to follow your step-by-step instructions but am at a total loss. Can you PLEASE help me??!! Thank you very much!!!!

I went to 'About'and was told I am on version 41. I pressed the button to search for updates but was told none were available... I believe the latest version is at least 59, so why can't I get it? I'm running Android Lollipop (5.2 or maybe 5.3).
Firefox no longer appears in Google Play Store; in either Updates, Installed or Library.

I want to move history and bookmarks (I wish I could move coockies, usernames and passwords as well) on my android (Samsung) phone from chrome to mozilla.
Someone asked that and your answer was not helpfull, since you have reffered him/her to settings-custumize-import from android. It does not work for chrome.
Please address it asap. Even if there is no way of doing it. Just let me know. Many share this problem.

Found an old samsung tab 2 7.0 with android 4.2.2 lying around. Decided to use it as ebook reader. But a functional web browser is still a plus and thus I installed firefox. Problem is google in the said device displays with a really thin font, reminds me of ios 7, only thinner. It's really hard to read. It only happens in firefox, the other browsers work. (Chrome, android browser, dolhpin, opera)

I have filled in my desktop version of FF. WHEN they synch to my phone, there is nothing but a long, useless list of all my bookmarks... No folders.
I don't even see the option to create NEW bookmarks in folders from the mobile app

I am using an Acer Android tablet (A1-840) that uses 4.4.4. I have installed Firefox from the Play Store. My issue is that when I am on Firefox and try to download and install an add on, it won't. It has a green download button so I know it is compatible. However when I hit the button, it says downloading but there is no option to install? Although it says downloading, it has not.
I don't know if it is my tablet OS or settings, etc... I am trying to install Google shortcuts and Cloud printer add ons.
Also, I can't print from Firefox. It keeps putting my documents into the printer queue? I have Google Cloud Print set up correctly. When I try to print from Firefox it document printed successfully but obviously nothing printed?
If anyone may have experienced the same issue or knows why this is happening, please kindly respond.

When using Firefox 41.0.2 on Android 6.0 (Nexus 6 device), if I've bookmarked a search engine -- say, https://www.google.com or https://www.duckduckgo.com -- and then load that page via the bookmark, the Google keyboard (just the system default keyboard) is not activated when I click in the search box. It just gives me the text selection tool instead, but there's no text to select or anything since it's just a blank search box.
If I manually type the exact same entry into the address bar -- for instance, https://www.duckduckgo.com -- and load the page that way, the keyboard activates just fine once I click in the search box. It's only when loading the page via a bookmark that it doesn't work. I've tried both secure and non-secure versions of the pages and get the same results.
This only started happening once I upgraded to Marshmallow. Everything worked as expected before this when using bookmarks. And everything still works fine if I use bookmarked search engines in Chrome; only Firefox seems to be affected in this way.
I'll attach a couple of annotated screenshots to help visualize the problem.

Dear everyone, I searched on this forum and DuckDuckGo but I could not find this information anywhere: Almost every browser in the market gives the possibility to set a default zoom for the pages so that they don't appear extremely small and I constantly have to double tap with the gives. Is there any hidden option in Firefox Android or maybe any add-on? Cause I couldn't find anything
