Not sure WHY but suddenly I cannot open links or ages on my Android phone. It seems that JavaScript has gone missing and I have spent two entire days trying to get it back with about:config but it's not allowing me to proceed and it's a major pain I need to fix ASAP.

Noticed my phone having terrible battery life, from battery usage you can see that Firefox is highly likely one of the main culprits. I have observed the same over a few days on the last two Firefox builds. It seems that it's not respecting the "Restricted" battery usage in Android (or Android is not restricting it, I have no idea), but you can see today's battery usage linked here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/pMByjqq6Q5GigcQu8

I said it all in the in the opening statement... What else am I meant to say?????????? It worked fine 2 weeks ago..? But now forget it!!!!!!! What has changed....you must know ... So don't ask me just fix it!!!!!!

For awhile now since I last updated the android app it's started freezing after awhile when I try to open a new tab or type in the address bar. Sometimes it looks like it's opening a new tab but it's just a duplicate of a different tab then it freezes. Restarting the app makes it work again but it won't remember the last thing I was doing and the history shows up entirely blank. Even closing the app before it freezes it won't remember what I just had open

I have to use Firefox to access my bank accounts as my version of chrome is no longer supported. However the magnification of the pages is too great in Firefox for me to use full page options. How can I reduce magnification of a Firefox page?

I am writing to report a problem with the context menu in Firefox for Android. I am very dissatisfied with how it is designed and I would like to have more control over it.

First of all, there are too many options from other apps that I do not use, which clearly take up space and I want to remove them, but I cannot. They are irrelevant to my browsing experience and they clutter the menu.

Secondly, I do not like that despite the bulkiness of the context menu, it only displays 2-3 items, and to get to the one I need, I have to scroll through the menu several times, which is extremely inconvenient. For instance, I often want to copy text, but this option is hidden at the bottom of the menu. It would be much easier if it were visible at the top or have the ability to build the context menu for my needs.

In other words, there is a bulky and inconvenient menu, which also has unnecessary and annoying options that I cannot do anything about, because apparently, the ability to customize and change the context menu is removed in the Android version.

I have a Chromebook, after entering the name of the collection and trying to add a page, I click enter on the keyboard and nothing happens, I tried both the physical and touch screens keyboard, it worked normally before. How i can fix this? I have newest version firefox android.

The official instructions say to put a bookmark in a folder click on three dots, click to edit, then click on either a particular folder or some non-existent generic folder button. In my version of android Firefox, neither alternative is possible. If I go from the edit bookmark screen to the preceding general screen (where the folders are listed) and click on a folder, both happens, the bookmark is not transferred to the folder. As for the second, one is told to open the edit function and then click on the folder button. But there is no folder button. How to do it? I'm running android 14 on a Galaxy A14.

I've recently began to experience some pretty nasty behavior of firefox on android. After some time of using the browser (with closing the app in between), The screen starts to flicker (on every website) and the app becomes unusable. I have to force stop the app for it to work for a while again, until it starts flickering again. I have few theories myself (Something wrong with the web-engine, or garbage collector perhaps?) but I don't know how true they are. I did recently update to Android 14 and didn't see this behavior beforehand. I can't show a demonstration because I can't attach video's. Can I post a link to a video?

I open a new tab (link from email or a other page usually). I read the bloody thing. I click the number of open tabs to display all open. I close the tab with the x. It goes away (closes). It gives me the option to undo. I wait until that goes away. I wait few more seconds and swipe down on the "open tabs" frame. It closes and the number says 7. It agrees with what I see open, and the visible content is from tab #7 I wait 5 minutes. I close Firefox and wait 5-10 minutes. I open Firefox... I'm up to 22 now. This has been going on for about a week (at least) now.

In the past before this started happening, occasionally if I was moving too fast it would happen, so I would go slower (I thought cache) and it would work. Now, it's ridiculous.

NOTE : there are 7 tabs I want to keep open for now... I've been trying to close all the rest for some time now!

All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

I have a Xiaomi phone with resolution 2400x1080 use Firefox on it. And I have annoying issue with YouTube and other video players. Is there is a way how can I hide notch in full-screen video mode? I can do it in setting, but it works only for vertical orientation. Please look at my attached images to understand what I meant.

Recently my Firefox browser updated, but my bookmarks didn't.

If I try about:profiles from the address bar, nothing happens.

How do I go about accessing other profiles and enhanced settings on Android.

I don't understand why my bookmarks are and other settings weren't migrated, or why before the update a warning wasn't displayed that the data would be lost or why it wasn't exported as plain text so that nothing was lost??
