I have an android. Google play hasn't worked in forever. No great loss except when you hit the button to send a download it takes you to Google play. It used to give you the link and installs it. Silly me I deleted Firefox to clear space just for a short time until I got the new sandisk over a year later I still can't get the link. Why do we have to go through Google play? Never had to do it before, it's okay if your looking for something but if you know what you need and the website why oh why oh why make you go somewhere else. It's sillyness.lol Anyway. Where can I get the link without using Google play.....and I had techs walking me through it first days trying to fix it when office 365 stopped working when I was in college. No one could fix the Google or the 365

I just needed to reset my kindle hd 10 to factory. When I try to sign in to firefox in order to sync bookmarks, the page won't open but only spins. I was able to sync bookmarks when I bought the kindle in December. Thanks.

Good day. I have an issue with installing an addon. The option isn't even highlighted; so I can't install it. I've tried "download file" option multiple times and there's still no progress. I needed solution urgently please.

I recently upgraded my Phone and now using Android 12. I logged into my Mozilla account using my email address successfully so it seems but now my saved collections have disappeared..What's interesting is that now when I look and my profile ID it shows a different user name. What can I do to recover my account etc ? Not sure what the issue is here.

Someone has hacked my Android phone and I don't know what to do I already have did a factory reset and it didn't work I don't know what to do about it please let me know

I am using Mozilla Firefox on Samsung Galaxy A5 phone (Android version 4.4.4) since 2016. I last used Firefox on my phone yesterday. Today, when I wanted to browse internet, I noticed that Mozilla Firefox app has been removed from my phone. When I visited Google Play Store, the app was unavailable in search. Since the app has has vanished from phone, I tried to open the download link on Mozilla.org website in Chrome, it is not working (https://app.adjust.com/2uo1qc?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fplay.google.com%2Fstore%2Fapps%2Fdetails%3Fid%3Dorg.mozilla.firefox&campaign=www.mozilla.org&adgroup=mobile-android-page) I am in a fix! Please provide resolution on priority.

I try using the pair feature but each time I scan, I get a page showing "Did you use the system camera? You must pair from within the Firefox app" Even though I did pair from the Firefox app. I have tried multiple times, always the same issue. Device: Samsung s20 fe OS: Android 12 Browser version: The latest on both PC and Mobile
