Trying to recover synced data from Android phone after 30 days since it died. It showed up for about a week but now it's not showing the tabs in sync.

I just changed phones and providers. The provider transferred all data to the new phone, but Firefox and Firefox Focus did not transfer, and had to be reinstalled. I stored my passwords on Firefox and can't access them on my new phone. It keeps telling me to log in on my computer, but the only computer that was synced was lost or stlen a year ago while I was hospitalised for major surgery. I reported this to Mozilla at that time. I just need to access my passwords on my new phone. HELP!

It either directs my to a setting on mobile that doesn't exist, or just says "account disconnected" and prompts to log back in - even though I'm already logged in! It's driving me a bit mad tbh. Any ideas what's happening?
