I had to get a new phone, and Firefox does not accept my password. I also have it on my tablet, and it's fine, and on my laptop, and the password is correct, but the new phone tells me "Try again." It was fine on my old phone.
During sign-in to Firefox browser I get an error message saying my account isn't active and to contact an administrator. Hoping you can help, thanks!

It's so annoying that you ask for my password when I'm already logged in obviously. I'm on the same phone the same internet at the same address you should know by now it's me. And then nobody remembers the password even though they said they remembered it and I don't remember it. And it says if I reset my password I'm going to lose all the bookmarks and all of my logins. What the heck? Why isn't there always option just to login with my Google account? It does sometimes but not always.
Continue to get request to update my account when I have done so. You repeat every couple of weeks?
