Hello.

This most recent update of the Firefox app for Android has suddenly made it so that all of my bookmarks and bookmark folders are out of order. The desktop version does not have this same problem, and syncing between the desktop and mobile accounts does not seem to fix anything.

Another issue I noticed with regards to bookmarks on mobile is that where once I could pull down while in the bookmarks tab to 'refresh' the sync, this feature suddenly does not work either.

I have done 4 total clean re-installs of the app and signed back into my account each time. The app then works as normal, with no bookmarks/sync/refresh issues. Within the next day, however, the app restarts itself and the bookmarks are scrambled again with no sync refresh operating.

I have tooled around the support forums and seen that at least since Ver. 133 other people have had this same issue. The support forums are really not user intuitive and I do not know where to go to have an actual conversation with the developers instead of hoping someone responds to a thread if they feel like it.

I really enjoy using Firefox as my default browser, and have never had this issue before on mobile after any app update until now. If the developers could please take the time to look into this request and work out a solution that doesn't include re-installing the mobile app every other day, I and many others would be very appreciative.

I have firefox on a Windows 10 laptop plus two android phones and two android tablets. The Bookmarks on the laptop, both tablets and one phone are shown in alphabetic order. The Bookmarks on one phone are in random order. How can I make these Bookmarks list in alphabetic order? I have read that I cannot simply reorder the bookmarks, so I probably need to delete the bookmarks, ON THIS PHONE ONLY and definitely not on my other devices. Then would "Sync” import the Bookmarks from "the cloud"? Or would "Sync" export the now-empty "Bookmarks" folder from this phone to the cloud?

Initially the bookmarks on Android started appearing in apparently random order after every quit/restart. I signed out of Laptop and Android, then signed in again and set up syncing again on both, but now the bookmarks on my Laptop no longer appear on Android at all, even after syncing.

I arrange my bookmarks in a folder structure by type, making it relatively simple to find the bookmark I need. This is normally in bookmarks/desktop bookmarks. But Firefox on my android 14 tablet and phone, no longer has the desktop bookmarks option. I am signed in to my account, and I have synced my account across all my devices. How do I get the desktop bookmarks option back again?

Since the mentioned update my bookmarks no longer appear in their set order and sometimes desktop bookmarks aren't visible at all. On one occasion, an element on my desktop bookmarks was displaced upon merely checking if it was there on the tablet.

I cleared cache & app data and reinstated sync TWICE on the tablet. Immediately afterwards the bookmarks restored their expected behaviour, but each time, after closing the app and reopening, they were either haphazardly jumbled or not visible in the menu at all.

Firefox has recently gone haywire with the order of my bookmarks on Android mobile.

About a week ago bookmarks were listed randomly whereas they should be in alphabetical order. Re-installing seemed to solve the problem, but just now the problem has recurred, this time with odd bookmarks at the top of the normal list.

Is this connected to the recent update?

I've got a Samsung S23, bookmarks no longer display properly on my phone screen while adding and editing bookmarks.

I can only see them in full on my S7+ tablet because of the bigger screen. Is there a way to fix this for the phone somehow?

I used to be able to bypass this by reinstalling, and it's happened within the last 6 months, but now it won't resolve and it's really annoying.

When a page is already bookmarked, the Edit bottom should bring up the edit dialog.

When I bookmarked then edited the following URL, either via the temporary pop-up notification, or via the menu later, Firefox just shows me a blank screen:

I can hit the back button twice and I get the rendered page view back.

This is surprising because other websites' bookmark editing seems to function ok. Is there some suspicious interaction happening between this Discourse-hosted website and the edit UI? Can anyone repro? Attached is all I see.

I've tried cache clear and force quit already.

My phone died and when I turn I back on all my bookmarks and folders are no longer ordered properly in the bookmarks menu, but when I go to create a new folder I can see that they're still in the same order. How do I go about putting them all back into the order they were in before?

as of today my bookmarks - both the ones in my desktop bookmarks folder and the (mostly) duplicate I copied to my mobile bookmarks folder - seem to randomly rearrange themselves whenever I open my bookmarks on my phone. is there any way to turn off this feature as it has made navigation a slog.

I have 135.0.1 (Build #2016074239),on android. Suddenly, yesterday, all of my bookmarks and bookmark folders have become rearranged, presumably with a recent update. Its really hard to work with it like this, help!

None of the topics above fit what the problem is. When I got on my phone today all my bookmarks had been rearranged why did this happen? And since this happened part two of that question would be why is there no way to rearrange your bookmarks without going back to the website deleting The bookmark and re-adding it seems kind of extreme for something so simple.

I just received a new phone. I realize that there isn't a way to automatically sync my old collections on this new device, but is there an efficient way to share a list of the links in a collection somehow? Maybe send them to an email or a file or something? My collections are important, and I don't want to open every single link and send them in text to myself in order to get my collections back -- there has to be a simpler way.
