Stop keyboard and QR scan from appearing when app opened. If I want keyboard then I will tap search. I have pinned sites and bookmarks I use first and usually don't use search. Using search less with all the tracking and always wrong AI assumptions. Keyboard doesn't disappear when search is tapped. Doesn't disappear when screen is tapped. Obscures results. Been a problem for years.

I would really like to disable this, but I'm not seeing a setting to do this. it's incredibly annoying, because half the time i dont want to search something when i open firefox. i have the homepage shortcuts for a reason

Trying to sync to Firefox on my desktop and it's not giving me the sync and save data option on my phone. How do I sync the too? I want my passwords to update between both and it doesn't and it's been an ongoing issue.

Every time I install Firefox and try to synchronise data it says open the hamburger menu and tap synchronise and save data. I have never found the synchronise and save data setting. It is not apparently visible when you touch the hamburger menu. So where is it hiding? I've never been able to find it?

I think it's introduced in a recent change and it's really annoying. Is there a way to disable it? Now I need to do an extra back on the browser to go back to where I came from.

Hi! I'm currentley switching over to fire fox and I am trying to sync my bookmarks from my laptop to my mobile phone. When I click "connect another device" in the settings, I get the pop up telling me to find "sync and save data" I hit the three dots at the top right of the mobile app and don't get the option at all. Thanks.

I just updated Firefox to version 135.0 on my mobile and now I get this really annoying thing:

Everytime I open a tab to go on the YouTube website, it asks me if I want to leave Firefox and use the YouTube app. Every single time. And it even launched it once without asking me.

I don't want to use the YouTube app, how can I make this stop?

I for some reason cannot login into my TikTok account using my Samsung S24 Ultra Cell Phone it says I'm logging in using a Motorola G Stylus. Where can I find the cookies on the Firefox app to remove the cookies on my phone? Just for your information I have no problem logging in on my tablets or laptop. When browse some websites in Android Firefox app, some website can't browse normally. I mean, the loading speed is too low to not open some websites. And some webpage were reported to wrong information.

I can't browse them, but use Chorme app can easily browse. Maybe something was lacked.

Cela fait des jours que j’essaie de rapatrier tous mes marque-pages en vain, via la synchronisation. L’ancien appareil apparaît bien mais quand j’appuie sur synchroniser il ne se passe rien. I seems to be a problem with the newer/latest browser updates. I'm currently running 133.0.3

I know browser 124.0.0 had no issues as this, I may have to revert.

I have several collections in Firefox on my old phone, things I use regularly. It's the only way to save websites on the phone, so I assumed this would sync to my new phone.

I can see an archived thread about this from 2022, is it really not possible to sync these? It seems bizarre to offer the capability to bookmark sites, but not allow it to live with you.

Will it ever be possible? Or should I stop relying on this feature? The main collection I use frequently is one for recipes.

I have updated to the latest Firefox version for the Android app, using Samsung Galaxy S20. When viewing YouTube in mobile view (desktop view works though) through the browser, the comment section seem to be invisible and not showing. I have tried fresh reinstalling, and toggled all the settings, but I can't seem to get it to work on Firefox. Other browsers like chrome works just fine. Is this a bug?
