We're doing some development for mobile apps for mobile devices using different browsers & wondered if you have a simulator/emulator, since you have Firefox for mobile device users? I'd be particularly interested in an emulator that runs on Windows O/S unit test environments.

When I'm browsing various sites there is often a need to either copy text from a web page or paste text from elsewhere on the phone (such as a password manager app) into a form on a web page. When using the stock Android browser this is generally accomplished by a long-tap on the text or form. However, when using Firefox this doesn't do anything. So I would like to know how, when using Firefox on Android, I can copy and paste text. Please bear in mind that the phone I am using - the HTC Evo - is a touchscreen device and has no physical keyboard.

Thank you for any help.

Hi,

When I go to the address to download firefox for mobile and select the download button for Android, nothing happens, it does not download. The starting download message just appears. The handset is Android HTC Desire A8181. Ihad also enabled the 'allow installations of non-market apps' under settings.

Any support what might be wrong would be appreciated.

Regs,

I have a Samsung Vibrant model number SGH-T959. I've tried to install the Firefox for Android mobile version multiple times by entering the URL manually, scanning the QR code and every time when I'm on www.mozilla.com/en-US/m/beta and I tap on "Download for Android Free-Beta version" button I get an error message saying "The requested item could not be found". My phone is very new I got it on December 31, 2010. Does my phone not support Firefox for mobile? Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem.
