Hi i am using nightly browser latest updated one..... This works smooth in my lww device.... I use fb regularly... But i cant play those videos shared in fb. I had installed adobe flash player and works fine in my stock browser. Pls help me in this regards to somehow play those online videos....

PDF in Firefox remains grayed out, because l cannot do a Firefox search. l cannot change the default search in apps because there all grayed out. l cannot change it in settings - search for Google Chrome and Firefox, because there is no Firefox appearing, even after in Firefox tip saying long press search line to add it. Cannot get box to come up either, to be able to change default search to Firefox by clicking always or once. My tablet is a Lenovo Yoga 8 Android jelly bean 4.2.2 OS. Please can someone help, l have been trying to figure this out for more than a week. l especially wanted to use the save to PDF function in Firefox. Please, please HELP!

The Firefox for Android that is currently available is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Is a there a new version in the works that would be compatible?

Ok,

My version of firefox has been crashing 10x's a day or more.

Sometimes, restarting, by itself, other times, asking for a restart, n other times, asking me to wait or press ok.

Why is it crashing on many different sites, from yahoo, to you name it.

I trust Firefox, but now not the reliability anymore. Are the newer versions compatible with avast? Either way it crashed, well b4 I added that too?

I not too crazy about the newest version of FF, since it includes automatic mic, cam, reading accts n on all the time, at start up n beyond.

I just downloaded some apps, they just kept waiting, I go back to find them and they are stuck repeating themselves

One of them that is already installed and operating is unable to finish an update.

I have deleted the apps I want but need to know where the problem is

Again, this is about an Android version. Clean install, version 27, no addons.

1. So the thing I'm complaining about is that clicking links and loading/rendering pages takes way too much time comparing to almost any other Android browser (Stock Android browser, Chrome, UC Browser, Sleipnir). Can I offer a test case? Try opening this page http://forum.xda-developers.com/index.php?tab=all in Firefox, and then in, let's say, Sleipnir. Sleipnir will just load the page from top to bottom for about 40 seconds and then just stay idle, while Firefox will take several minutes to load the bottom of the page, but will NEVER stop and will just torture and torture the CPU.

2. Moreover, another test case. Set Firefox to restore last session. Open 11-13 tabs from maybe the same good old XDA forum, then kill Firefox from memory, then open again, and CPU load will hold on about 60% and never stop (maybe will, but I've been waiting for 10-15 minutes, and it didn't).

3. One more thing I want to ask, what does Firefox do when it is in background? I can open just a couple of pages, then minimize FF and go to task manager (Android Tuner) and there I can see how FF continuously consumes 2-8% of CPU. In fact all android browsers does the more or less the same, but as a big fan of desktop Firefox, I'd like the Firefox for Android would also be the best.
