Hi,

I have Firefox on both my tablet (Samsung S6 - Android 10, Firefox 68.10.1) and on my computer (Windows 10 - Firefox (78.0.2). The sync on my tablet isn't working. I noticed that some bookmarks that I had added on my tablet aren't showing up on my pc (previously everything was working fine). I looked at my tablet and it says that it was last synced 3 days ago. I did try to restart and then manually sync but that didn't help. I checked to make sure that both the Firefox on my tablet and on my pc are up to date and they are. Any ideas? Thanks!

So long story short, I had to reinstall firefox and I forgot to save my bookmarks. I tried to sign in to have them get reapplied but my password is incorrect. I tried a bunch and same result. I'm still signed in with the same account on mobile. Any way I can get logged in on desktop without the data getting wiped?

I have problem with saved passwords on my new synced smartphone (other devices also smatphones do not have that problem). When I open page on which I saved password, FF do not prompt me a login and password. So I go and try to open about:logins to find my password. But spinner is constantly spinning around. Nothing happens for long time. I tried to kill FF app or reboot smartphone but this didn't help. This problem is occasionally. Sometime saved passwords works sometimes not. I did not find any dependence. Smartphone is Samsung Galaxy S20+ with Android 10.

To post this question I also have problems with logging to FF account. When I try to login when this problem with password occurs I've got error during login that I must allow cookies. Wich is strange because I checked and there was allowed cookies. When password problem didn't occur I have successfully logged in.

I'm running FF v 68.11.0 on a ZenPad 3-10 running Android 7.0. I was getting intermittent "failed to send" pop-ups which I thought referred to crash reports. I cleared the app cache & data, uninstalled it and installed a fresh copy. When I tried to sign in, the correct password (which I use on my phone & desktop) was ruled incorrect. I double-checked on other 2 devices to make sure. So I followed the instructions to generate a recovery key, used it on the tablet and set a new password. The new password is not recognised on the other 2 devices. Do I need to use the same recovery key to reset passwords on the other 2 devices or should I generate a new key for each device and set the passwords to the same as that used on the tablet? This has been a 3 hour long frustrating exercise. I've used Firefox for almost 20 years accepting the frivolous cosmetic changes because it's been the most stable and secure browser I've seen. I use it exclusively except where the device OS requires another (e.g. Chrome on Android devices). Please help.

My Android sync doesn't work. Only device name is set correctly, other stuff (bookmarks, logins, etc.) don't sync. I already tried Completely removing firefox from my Android phone, Removing the device from "Devices & Apps" list in firefox account management. When I open "Account settings" on android, First it shows "Last Synced : never". Then either automatically (due to auto-sync on phone) or when I manually tap the "Sync Now" button, It shows "Syncing ..." for a second, Then "Last Synced : Jan 1, 1970" and Nothing's synced. "Devices & Apps" on PC correctly shows the mobile device as "Last seen X minutes ago" where X is not a very long time. Also, When I try to uncheck the "Choose what to sync" checkboxes in Android, It starts syncing for a second but then all of them are turned on again. But also a "Web Session, Firefox Mobile 79" is added to my "Devices & Apps" which I don't know what it is (Perhaps its from when I tried to login using the QR Code but failed !?)
