So I'm currently trying to download and switch my browser on my Motorola phone to Firefox because of the newest Google tracking news, but I'm having problems. Everytime i try to download both Firefox or Firefox Focus itll go all the way to 100%, but then jump back to exactly 37% on both. this is repeated and I've been trying for about 30 minutes to figure this out. I'm hoping it's just Google play [removed] with it but i don't know. help?

So i have the new Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, never had a tablet until now. Why is there no tablet mode variant of firefox? I LOVE the use of extensions and it's my primary phone and desktop browser, but all the other browsers, duckduckgo, chrome, samsung internet, brave, and opera have tablet modes with a bookmarks bar, full tabs, and defaults to desktop user-agents most of the time. And even with Firefox being somewhat usable on a tablet, the scaling on it causes a lot of glitches like the address bar doubling over when you go in to type another search/domain while on a website already.

I'm insanely bummed that I can't use my favorite browser that has everything i love on my tablet because they just haven't optimized it in the slightest for the large scale experience.

Please provide an option to download an apk for firefox browser directly from your website. You claim to value privacy, yet the only "official" way to install the app is through Google play, which I find at the very least simply ridiculous. It is already frustrating to use (and create!) technology in a world dominated by few corporations that ship "passable" software that is deemed acceptable. You have an opportunity to lessen that frustration. I do not wish to use Google Play. Neither am I able to use it without flashing my device. I do not wish to go through extra hoops to install a browser. I understand that you will have to provide multiple apk files for different architectures. An educated user will be able to work through it. An uneducated user may use Google Play or some other third party alternative that ripped the apk from Google Play. Please be reasonable in achieving your stated goals.

The problem that i am getting is that when i am downloading a file from the browser , it only shows on the screen notification panel but not in the 'downloads' section of the browser. And when i pause the download, even after having downloaded more than 50 percent it would completely disappear and then i find no option to resume the download.. This is a major issue kindly help me sort it out.

I downloaded a manual to firefox for android version 101.1 read part of it. Today I went to menu tapped downloads message indicates no downloads. I could not find any resolution on the Internet nor on Mozilla. I have been trying to get help for three hours. PLEASE HELP?? What am I doing wrong?

At the top right of the page, there is a little icon that looks like a letter. When you press that little letter, you should be able to mail the page you are on to anyone you want. BUT THIS IS NOT WORKING SINCE YOUR LAST DOWN LOAD and I keep getting message that Firefox is not my default even though it is. FIX THIS!

Okay I do not trust Google whatsoever! I do not want to download anything through Google Play no longer!and my phone Of course because they're Androids are made with Google's and Facebook all in my phone the basically runs everything! And [removed] Mark Zuckerberg and anybody that works for him you're not American! basically it stops the download on this page take me directly to Google Play I also use expressvpn on all of my devices I want to know should I do Firefox Android or a different one I downloaded the DuckDuckGo browser so do I need to fire Fox browser also I want your input? if you give me your time? in my expressvpn newsletter I was reading about Rooting my Android Taking all of Samsung's [removed] Google's [removed] in Facebook's [removed] Im just over all the tracking,spam viruses,and its constantly getting worse! Don't believe I'll ever buy another Samsung phone again that's all I've ever bought! every time you update them they take a little more rights and privacy! been watching them do it for the past few years! all of their [removed] out of it all their tracking and listening!
