Im really at a loss here. i cant figure out why i cant open google settings now or download the vpn im looking to purchase it wont let me download. im having to use passwords all of a sudden. i was used to how it was now im turned upside down trying to figure out what the hell im doing. i ready to go back to where i was if i cant get help figuring this out. everything is saying its not safe to go here now. Browser doesn't show the progress of downloading ( how much %) in downloading notification or there is no any option to resume pause or cancel downloading. Also kindly not that my phone have Android 11 and is sufficient for any app to run properly. So I can't able to understand why this issues happened. Also one more major issues I have faced during writing this complain to you, while attaching a snapshot of the issue as explained above I have selected wrong snapshot and I can't able to remove it. See attached snapshot of the same.
For the same please find attached snapshots of the issue I have faced.

After some recent updates, I cannot download any file, especially pdf.
"Share" -> "Save as PDF" does not work for me.
When I click any download button, either for pdf or other type of file, the download progress bar is animated indefinitely without any visible progress, no files are appearing on my phone.

For the past week or so (Firefox app was last updated around 1st September I believe), my Sony XZ2 phone has restarted itself after saving a picture off the Internet. The new update today didn't fix it. The phone screen goes blank, then the background reappears with the app icons and it reconnects to the internet again. Just like pressing the restart button but much quicker. I've tried other Internet browser apps with saving the same picture and not had it happen. Not sure if it's just a coincidence that the problem has coincided with the last update though.
