In my case, the file being downloaded was named `涩图-20261007T180450Z-1-001.zip`. The network connection was interrupted during the download but re-established, causing the download to resume; however, this actually resulted in the two files shown in the image.

I am an Android user and I have the latest version of the app (I am also in the US). I was not given an option to set up the built-in VPN. I have done everything to help article says to do as well as following threads from others with this same issue. Nothing has gotten me the option to set-up and use the VPN. I have "Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates" turned on, remote improvement studies is one, and I have signed out and back in again. PLEASE I would love to use the VPN. I need help.

The tab "Collections" on mobile Android are way too sensitive to closing tabs that can never be recovered, since there's no history for closed tabs that aren't open from the collections. I will be scrolling through them like normal and it will be so sensitive it will think I swiped left on a tab and it'll just close tabs at random, never to be seen again!! I wish this was not a feature. I need it to be way less sensitive, so that only a very intentional swipe left AND hitting the X closes the tab. I've lost so many tabs and I can't remember what they even were because it happens so fast!!

I am using Firefox on an Android phone and experiencing frequent YouTube video stuttering and dropped frames. The video playback is not smooth even though my internet connection is stable. The problem happens repeatedly on YouTube, while the same videos play normally in other browsers. Please help me determine whether this is a Firefox performance, hardware acceleration, or video decoding issue and what settings I should check or change.

I just posted a "Was this page helpful? No" comment saying that Enhanced Tracking Exceptions didn't seem to work for FF Android. Disabling tracking for CNBC didn't "stick" and the site wasn't listed in Exceptions. When enabled, I was seeing a "Corrupted Content" error, and was continually having to tap the Shield to turn Enhanced "off" for the page to load.

Found what appears to be an incompatibility: when uBlock Origin is disabled for CNBC, the Shield/Enhanced-Off/Exceptions list DOES appear to work per the docs. Not sure what in uBlock is triggering the "Corrupted Content" condition for CNBC, but it's very consistent/repeatable. I think the latest versions for both are installed ...

So the docs ARE correct, but may need a line added that if the Exceptions override doesn't seem to work as described, that there may be a conflicting browser add-on/extension.

I have to be online for work, most of it is in my browser, and I use firefox because of their extensions support. My only gripe is using it on my android tablet, I can't use common keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation (ctrl + T/W; ctrl + Tab; ctrl + k/l) It significantly reduces my workflow speed and makes it impractical to use.

This can also pose accessibility issues, if someone has a device for navigation that utilizes keyboard shortcuts, they would not work in firefox.

I utilize the browser for work, and the ability to have tabs in split screen greatly helps me speed up my workflow.

I sometimes am able to work from home, and all I have as an Android Tablet, and it seems the android version of firefox doesn't have this functionality.

It is accessing phone updates and demands to update any way which is strictly objectionable and prohibited 🚫🚫🚫🚫 Please stop worrying about it and rectify yourself.I hate your application though it gives its own way of service. Altes Mozilla-Konto nicht mehr zugänglich – aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse für neues Konto verwenden Guten Tag liebes Mozilla-Support-Team, ich benötige Ihre Hilfe bei einem Problem mit meinem Mozilla-/Firefox-Konto. Ich habe ein älteres Mozilla-Konto, auf das ich leider nicht mehr vollständig zugreifen kann, da ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die dort hinterlegte primäre E-Mail-Adresse habe. Bei der Anmeldung wird immer wieder ein Bestätigungscode an diese nicht mehr verfügbare E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Dadurch kann ich die Anmeldung nicht abschließen und die Kontoeinstellungen nicht ändern. Meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse ist in diesem alten Konto als zweite E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Da ich die primäre E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr verwenden kann, habe ich inzwischen ein neues Mozilla-Konto mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse erstellt. Dort habe ich zusätzlich eine weitere E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Nun möchte ich meine aktuelle, regelmäßig genutzte E-Mail-Adresse als primäre E-Mail-Adresse meines neuen Kontos verwenden. Das ist jedoch nicht möglich, da Mozilla meldet, dass diese E-Mail-Adresse bereits verwendet wird. Meine Lesezeichen habe ich bereits gesichert. Ich möchte nun mein neues Konto so einrichten, dass ich Firefox künftig problemlos auf meinem Desktop und meinen mobilen Geräten synchronisieren kann. Können Sie mir bitte mitteilen, ob und wie sich meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse vom alten Konto lösen und für mein neues Konto als primäre E-Mail-Adresse verwenden lässt? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meine Kontodaten oder die E-Mail-Zuordnung wiederherzustellen, obwohl ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die primäre E-Mail-Adresse des alten Kontos habe?
