hello, since last update (23.6.2011) I am having a problem to sign in this kind of website(that needs password to sign in):

My machine automatically upgraded from firefox 4 to 5. My online teaching platform works only with Firefox 4. Is there any way to put firefox 4 back on my device?

My online teaching platform is Angel (Blackboard, or Blueline, as our university calls it.) Angel just updated to work with Firefox 4, but my device updated soon after to Firefox 5. Now I am unable to send messages to people in the course, for instance. Is there a way to convert my Xoom back to using Firefox 4?

I installed Firefox 5.0. I went to create a user name and password and in following the video tutorial, I do not have the option. The only thing I get is "restore, move, size, minimize, maximize and close". I downloaded the program 2x.

Both my desktop and my Android keep showing sync keys not allowing me to enter the sync key from either device. How do I deal with this?

No matter what I do Sync displays aq set of sync keys on BOTH my devices, not allowing me to enter the sync key from the other device. I've killed my Sync account from my desktop but that didn't help. So, how do I start from scratch and get my Droid X synced with my desktop?

I have a DROID X running Android version 2.3.3. I have installed Firefox Mobile from the Android Market.

My computer is running Firefox 5.0

I have:

  • set up a sync account;
  • acquired a sync key;
  • on my cell phone I have gone to Preferences
  • under "sync" I have enabled sync;
  • clicked on the "connect" button
  • gotten the 3 boxes containing 4 letters each
  • entered those into boxes on my computer where requested

Once I complete all those steps, the little whirly connecting symbol comes up and then it says: Please Try Again I have repeated this procedure several times with no success.

I have tried to manually enter the information on my phone by clicking the "I don't have my computer nearby" link and then entered all of my information.

The screen on the phone just goes back to the Preferences screen with the button to "connect" available, showing I am not connected.

Please help? Thank you!!!!

firefox for xoom does not render images as clearly as does the xom native browser

I use a self generated home page with icons for my most visited sites. The url is www.dmdefd.com. Using Firefox mobile on the Xoom the images on that page look very poo… (read more)

I use a self generated home page with icons for my most visited sites. The url is www.dmdefd.com. Using Firefox mobile on the Xoom the images on that page look very poor. They look just fine using the chrome browser that comes with the Xoom.
