Hello Google Please help me 🙏🙏🙏I am not able to reset the password of my Gmail account.I have a lot of important documents and photos in this account, please help me recover them.

I need to switch my main accounts, but the one to switch to says it already exists. I can't get in to stop that one & use it to recover accounts as a secondary then haveit as my new main account. Also, if I'msigned in finally does it mean I lose saves for my signed out part.
