Hi, can anyone tell me if Firefox for Android (in my case: Fennec) will get a native dark mode for websites in the future? I know there are addons that do this, but unfortunately they make browsing much slower.

Can no longer access or copy transcript on YouTube. The three dots visible on a desktop used to be visible in Firefox as Firefox on Android was basically a copy of desktop. I could click on dots, then click on Get Transcript and the whole Transcript was visible on my phone. I could copy the whole transcript and paste it into Google docs. This feature was wonderful. Now the three dots to access the transcript are not visible on my phone. Please help.

The appearance of Youtube on Firefox now looks like the Youtube app on an Android and many of the desktop features are not available or at least not visible. Is there a way I can chose to view YouTube the way it used to appear in Firefox on my phone?

Firefox rejects ALL service requests. Left on address line is a "human being symbol" with red backslash bar over it. How to recover?

Periodically, the following bug occurs on different phones. I also found it in complaints on google play and I will take the text from there (you do not give a solution to the problem), but I will provide my screenshots. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, on various phones in my family. "I tried using it again, and EVERY website I try to access doesn't load. It just shows a gray screen and the lock in the URL bar is in the "connection is not secure" graphic. I can't even access about :config because it's also just a gray screen.HOWEVER, every other browser on my phone works." It helps to solve problems only by completely deleting all firefox files and then setting it up from scratch. It is unpleasant. On screenshots: the endless loading of the add-ons section and the display of any site.

Within the last couple days at least, firefox just does not load any sites on the phone. They simply show an empty page. Chrome will load the same site under the same network conditions.

I can't get any sites to load in my Firefox app since the update to 114.2. I have cleared my cache, forced a stop, and done everything else that's ever worked in the past short of uninstalling and reinstalling. It looks like 114.2 was supposed to fix this issue in older versions, but I'm still having issues.

I given feedback on firefox in google appstore and developer told me to further explanation what is happening. Firefox sometimes, becomes unresponsive for specific sites ... It starts loading them, but it get stuck in 1/4 of loading bar. It happens early morning most of the times which is unusual, right after I wake up. Site that it happens the most is 9gag.com. However, sometimes it happens to google search itself. What is funny when I use google search to access 9gag it fixes the problem, at least 33% of time, force stopping Firefox and cleaning cache helps additional 33% of time. Sometimes restart of phone is only thing that fixes the issue. My phone is xiaomy redminote5 with lineage 18.1 which is android 11. I use addons ublock and privacy bagger. Websites are not loading, search is not working. The app is not working at all. Tried closing and reopening FF, cleared cache, rebooting phone and few other settings but nothing helped. Tried googling around the problem and most of the users are also facing same issue. It might be fixed by reinstalling the app but I CANNOT do that because my site data is important and I don't see any way to backup site data to my PC. Please help with the issue without losing FF app data.

Hello, I just have to know if when one is on a free cell phone provided government program such as food stamps does the website management control the websites one desires to go to? And if they have the capability to do this wouldn't this be a form of censorship? Yes I realize that it is a free service provided for lower income situations and yes it could be related to something like pornography. But does this happen and is it legal? Thank you.

Hello. My Firefox for Android shows only blank pages on my Samsung A53 5G. Last month I had the same issue but an update was available immediately and it fixed the issue. Does anyone have the same issue? Thank you.

Just like many people here and in the Play Store reviews, the Firefox app stopped working for me since about a week. When I type something in the search bar or when I open a link from an external app, the page does not load and stays blank. Sending links from another device also does not work.

Does anyone know if developpers are aware of the issue ? I could not find an entry on bugzilla.

I first had this issue with 114.

After updating to 114.1.1, the issue was fixed for a few hours but came back.

Updating 114.2.0 didn't change anything...

When I'm on any page on a particular website, in this case archiveofourown.org, there are patches of text on the page that do not show up unless highlighted. This problem has recently gotten worse, with more and larger blank spots and even sometimes the text not even showing up when highlighted. I've tried refreshing the page, restarting the browser, switching to the desktop site (same problem there), uninstalling and reinstalling the browser app, and restarting my phone, none of which has had any effect. I haven't had this problem on any other site so far, and I have no problems with the same site using Firefox on my laptop.

Edited to add: I've now also had this problem on THIS site.
