I will be trading in my phone and I wanted to continue to access the sync history. How do I get a copy of my history to transfer to my new phone? I will no longer have access to the info once my trade-in is disconnected from my account. Thanks

When I attempt to use the Firefox browser I now get a page saying I should download Firefox. I already have Firefox; have used it for years. Current version 119.0 Perhaps I should get rid of it entirely; and download it again? If so will it be able to recognize me by my current email and code? Obviously my email and codes won't change; so I must be able to use them if I reload Firefox/ Mozilla as new. This is the third attempt to solve this. The phone is an Android A10E

I posted about it in a review, and per request, am restating the issue here:

the Firefox for Android app has consistent and ongoing issues with embedded audio players/embedded audio files (most often file types hosted on dropbox and embedded on a secondary website) where the audio file will either not load at all, refuse to download because it has timed out the file without playing, or stop half way through and refuse to reload.

So far, I've had about a 30% success rate with using these embedded audio players across platforms, with the specific websites themselves looking into broken links and finding no issue.

On the same vein, YouTube as used through the mobile browser, while more successful, seems to struggle to load the page while scrolling, and occasionally stops playing videos altogether, even when reloaded and hard restarted.

My windows computer lost my firefox saved logins. I am trying to restore (synch) them from my phone. The pc says go to menu on my phone andctap synch and save data. But that menu item does not appear on my phone.

Hi, I downloaded webpages as pdfs on FF android and have noticed every page has the timestamp on it. How do l get rid of that? I notice in Chrome it doesn't do that. (Nor does it have the link on every page). I prefer Firefox but want it to download a simple pdf. Thanks for any help.

I'm having this issue with clicking on links where when I click a link it opens a new tab but the new tab contains the current page. The link I'm trying to reach opens in the tab I was originally on. I can't see anywhere in the settings a solution to this and haven't seen anyone else have the same issue. Does anyone have a fix or is this a bug?

I was using Firefox, can't remember exactly what steps, but when I went to type in new search keypad kept closing instantly before I had the chance to enter any txt. Had to quit and restart Firefox to get keypad to stay open. Any idea wht might cause this and how to avoid it in future?

Everytime I open a website and then click on a URL bar, the Web content disappears and it shows the home page of Firefox instead of the web content. I have attached a photo to show what happens.

Okay i have lost all my bookmarks on my pc but i still have them on my mobile, doe anyone know how to export or save them all so i can reload them on the pc, thanks in advance

I meet such a problem, as I would get an unexpected huge blank pages gap inserted in PDF files when I use the “save as PDF” function. Moreover, it isn't inserted between paragraphs but it devides a very sentence, thus I suppose this problem might not be caused by webpage editors' editing error. I used to get normal results by this function, but I've also got several this kind of results. Will there be any solution?

How can I stop Firefox refreshing each time I have to leave to approve a purchase or get Info for a form please. It's so frustrating. I literally tap back on the window and it updates. No one seems to know why.

When I google and address and the search results appear I want to click on the map and Mozilla to direct me to the Google Maps app. Instead, Mozilla opens the Playstore google for me to download the app which is stupid. The "stay in browser ask me to open the app is selected". Sometimes if I click on the map or directions nothing happens. It s not opening in browser and it s not opening in app either. I am using Poco X3 Pro, Android 13.
