I'm contacting you regarding data recovery from my DOOGE-X5pro device.

At the moment, synchronization and link "about: accounts?action=signin" d'not work on the old device. And it is possible that the device was inadvertently removed from the account, but this was done between 2018 and 2020. And you have updated your mozilla.org account services.

I'm asking you if it's possible to restore deleted devices from a backup? Specifications below.

Syncing tabs, passwords are very useful, but it is quite disappointing that there are no available option (during synchronization) to select Collections as well... Or am I missing some obvious way to do that ?

I would like specific instructions on how to change update default search engine as well as site setting and internet/ web pages safely and with correct information

When I go to the firefox website and tap on the microphone to ask a question the Google speech services comes up and I cannot adjust the loud volume on your settings or the phone Google settings. I have a Samsung Galaxy A25 5g phone and on Android 16. I have tried finelock sound assistant and that does not help. Is there an extension that Firefox has that I can use to adjust the volume when tapping on the microphone on Firefox?

I also have a Lenovo Tab M9 9" HD Tablet that has the Android 13 version on it and have no problem at all adjusting the microphone volume on that through the tablet setting.

I've recently updated to the latest version of Firefox on mobile and I HATE IT!! Everything was absolutely fine before they overhauled the ENTIRE UI. Need help going back to the latest previous version.

Firefox has stopped syncing from my android phone. In the 'connected services' section of the account page it shows both my PC and phone connected. On the desktop it shows synchronised frequently updating (e.g. 24 seconds ago) but on phone it shows 'never'. It previously showed last sync as 14 days ago but I relogged (from both devices) to try to fix it. It just so happens that 14 days ago I added a new email address to login with my mozilla account (previous email became secondary), but I have checked and both devices are logged in with updated credentials.

Any ideas other than re-install?

I'm trying to access a site, I cant use my Google account because I get an error 404 so I need Firefox to not be connected to my Google, I don't know how to change it.

The latest update severely broke the app. At random, tabs will suddenly go back one, two, sometimes even several steps back in their history, and it is impossible to go back forward to where I was; the "forward" button is grayed out and it's like I never left the page I was suddenly thrown back to for no reason.

This can happen right after following a link, or it can happen several seconds after a page has fully loaded. When this happens, sometimes trying to follow _any_ link sends Firefox back to the same page until the app is forcefully killed and restarted.

Other people have described identical experiences in the Android reviews. Please revert the latest update. It's unusable. I have to go back to Chrome for the first time in over a decade.

I have tried disabling all extensions, and the problem persists.

I play Wordle from NY Times daily. The display has changed when visited through Firefox, remains as usual through other browsers. I have cleared the history and cache. I have deleted all data, turned on and off the VPN and restarted my phone. No joy. All other websites and browsing experience seems OK as usual.

The image I have uploaded is the current display, ie awful and not usual.

Any advice?

How do I sync bookmarks? The Firefox "Help" says: - "Tap the menu button Tap Sync and save your data."

I can tap the menu button (Three dots at top right of the screen). A menu appears, but there is no "Sync and save your data".

I have a site with restricted access using .htaccess and .htpasswd. I can log in to the restricted site with my ID and password and view the pages. Images are also displayed correctly. However, when I try to "save image," I get the message "Download failed" and can't save the image. When I do the same thing in Chrome, I can download and save the image.
