When opening a website, the url has a padlock with a red line thru it (unsecured), the browser then waits about 5-8 seconds for the red line to disappear (secure )then begins loading the content. It behaves on win 10 and android devices. Upon refreshing Firefox on win 10, it got faster, but reverted. Unchecked wait for secure sites doesn't help.

Firefox has been crashing my phone for a while now. It finally was able to generate a crash log. Can someone take a look at the log and see what might be causing it? Thanks.

Happening on all platforms that I checked, from Youtube to Kick and several others. Basically the video just keeps on trying to load forever but never does, same behavior on all sites. Chrome is loading videos fine, other devices with Firefox are also fine.

Been using Firefox on Android for years with no problems. Wondering if this is my problem and I need to troubleshoot or if others are having the same issue, in which case I can just wait for Mozilla to roll up some update fixing it. All I did up to now is disable add-ons but the problem persists. I'll do a fresh install if I really have to but I'll wait for a response here first to make sure. Cheers.

for a recent update or two, when I am watching videos in fullscreen, at least like me, for example, when I entered fullscreen, the video should play horizontally, but after merely half a minute, the screen orientation goes back to vertical mode automatically, which is not happening when I began to use Firefox android months ago. Watching same website on different browsers, only Firefox goes wrong, so I think this should be Firefox's bug.

After updating Firefox for Android, my phone started rebooting after downloading any file. This makes it very difficult to use the browser and I had to use Chrome temporarily. The Crashes tab in About Firefox is empty. Hi. Around the last few days of July the videos on Youtube started freezing like when they stop playing to load, except it never stops loading and continue the video. When I skip ahead it plays for a few seconds and then stops again. I tried playing videos on other sites, and the same thing happens. The Youtube app works perfectly, and so does the Netflix app and the Chrome app - so I know it's a problem particular to the Firefox app. I removed most of my add-ons to test and it didn't help (the only ones I didn't remove are the uBlock Origin and the Search by Image ones). Also tried uninstalling and installing the app again, but no dice. Any idea how I can fix that?

All of a sudden I started getting a strange download message, a download which didn't show up when I looked for it. Since then, when I press "+ New Tabs," a new tab doesn't open. A new tab opens only when I've clicked on a new link for a topic.

I cleared the cache, restarted my phone twice and un-and re-installed Firefox twice. I was originally synced with Firefox on my other phones, but I don't want to sign in again with that email until this problem is fixed. I haven't opened Firefox again on my previous phones since this all started. I'm going to cry if those versions are "infected" with this problem as well. I just can't erase all the data I've previously accumulated within Firefox on those devices, either.

Now I've looked in Firefox Support for this problem and I've looked again and again for a way to restart in Safe Mode, but I can't find it. Could someone please help me diagnose and fix this issue?

I can no longer send e-letters, though I can receive them. "Send now" has been replaced with an icon resembling a pen balanced diagonally, i.e.: "/", but pressing on that icon gives no result. What must I do to be able to send e-letters again?

I have the problem that Firefox does not correctly recognize when I want to scroll up on a web page. This often causes me to accidentally refresh the page. Usually this should only happen when I'm already at the top of the website and then swipe down again and not in the middle of the website. I have even tried Firefox Nightly and Klar, but the issue occurs with every browser. Is there perhaps some trick or hidden setting that causes the browser to scroll reasonably again instead of constantly refreshing the website?

Keep seeing a bug where tabs that were kept open but are not active, upon reopening do a full reload, and then take a long time to load often failing to load at all after a timeout.
