hello.i recently formatted my phone.and now i re installed firefox and logged in toy account.but there is no data in my browser such as passwords and bookmarks and any thing.please help me.what happened to my data?.thnx

My phone has died and I have Miles of history data collections very important that is that I want to be able to access on my new phone I have downloaded Firefox and it will not bring anything at all across even though it's recognized my sign in my email my photo

Firefox recently crashed on my PC and i had to restart from an old Bookmarks HTML file i had. the Bookmarks were from 2 months ago and my mobile is still in present Bookmark mode. how can i get the Bookmarks from my phone to sync with my PC, so as not to replace my mobile with the PCs "new" bookmarks?

So, I have 3 devices I have sync turned on, two laptops, and android phone. Laptops are where I do most of my actual work work, but the phone is where I get ideas and orders and things like that from, so where I do a lot of that stuff from. Now, I know how to open all on the laptops, but, I have only found a way to do this one tab at a time on android.

and I have been slowly opening the tabs one at a time, but i have around 840 tabs left to open.

I know this will severely slow the phone down for a while, while it attempts to do this, but I am more than willing to set my phone down over night for this..

I have Firefox installed on my windows 11 laptop and also my android pixel 8 pro. I want to sync the two devices so of I make changes on one it reflects on the other automatically. Can I do this?

You're asking me to go to the menu and choose: syncronice and save! Well there ain't no 'sync and save' point in my menu! Not even 'syncronice'! I need correct direction in order to 'sync' my PC and my phone! Please help! Thank you and have a nice day!

Logged into Mozilla, Sync now does nothing, "Last synced: never" Also crashes frequently all since last update.

I have synced my android tablet to my linux pc, but when i try to open the desktop bookmarks folder, I get a message saying I can't edit default folders. I know it's synced, because when I search bookmarks for a bookmark that I know to be on my pc, it comes up. The problem is that the folder will not open.

I have tried reinstalling. I don't know what else to try.

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

I have been trying to get Any answer to this for a couple of months now. The closest answer anyone has given about it dealt with syncing between chrome and firefox..

Im just trying to find a way of opening more than one synced tab at a time on firefox for android. I know it can be done on pc version, but I have been given zero information on it for the android version...

Hello Support! I am trying to recover my old and new bookmarks after I uninstallled tha App n then reinstall I can't find my tabs, or my old and new bookmarks! Please advise URGENT-Priority

So I recently switched my mobile browser to firefox, but I can't get the passwords to synch completely.

Settings on desktop and mobile firefox both have password synch enbled. But the saved passwords I can access on mobile is significantly lower than the passwords I have on desktop.

I'm not too sure if this is related but more than half or majority of my desktop firefox passwords were imported from chrome. I'm not too sure if the passwords that are not synching to mobile, if they were the ones imported from chrome. I switched from firefox to chrome to firefox again so it's hard to tell.
