hello.i recently formatted my phone.and now i re installed firefox and logged in toy account.but there is no data in my browser such as passwords and bookmarks and any thing.please help me.what happened to my data?.thnx

I uninstalled the app and re installed it after that there is no icon on the app drawer nor in the home screen. I have to open the app every time through play store. I have attempted to fix it myself by uninstalling and re installing to thinking its temporary a glitch but icon stills doesn't appear anywhere. It doesn't even get shown in app drawer search results when i search for Firefox. I have further cleared device cache using builtin cleaner app provided within the device. Also restarted my device nothing worked

I recently updated to Firefox 130 on my Windows 11 laptop, but my Android 14 device still shows version 129.0.2. When I check "What's New in Firefox" from the Android app, it displays version 130 in the webpage it opens up. Is there a known issue with updating to version 130 on Android, or is it being rolled out in phases? Please advise.

My company purchased a chrome OS touch screen TV for trade shows.

The firefox app installed appears to be the Chinese version (.cn). When I try to sign in it continues to direct me to the .cn sign in page. The app is updated. The largest issue here is the .cn domain does not appear to recognize the .com accounts, as it says I do not have an account on mozilla.

Any thoughts on how to force the device to recognize it is no longer in China?

I've emailed you twice about having downloaded the firefox browser and I keep getting a: get the browser in the Google play store message. See my former emailsfor more information.

Do not want customers to neglect. You do too due to inability inability to download your browser. Then make it crystal clear where to get the link.  For downloading your browser.

the firefox App has been unintentionally uninstalled when an additional widget has been drag and dropped to "uninstall" on the smartphone. Is there a possibility to restore previous session or the active tabs or is all this data also uninstalled/ lost? I have not been logged in with my firefox account.
