I currently have annual subscriptions for both Monitor+ & VPN. How do I get credit for the remainder of both subscriptions applied to the $8.25/mo. Privacy Protection Plan? I tried to upgrade through my Mozilla account profile & it was only going to credit from Monitor+.
I looked through all of the FAQs before writing this. There was a question about upgrading from VPN & Relay, but not specifically upgrading from VPN & Monitor+ annual subscriptions.
Also, will/does the Privacy Protection Plan still cover 5 devices that the stand alone VPN does?

Direct messages sent via flows are not being delivered to some users, or they are significantly delayed.
In some cases, the message status shows as “Sent”, but the recipient never receives the message.
All flows and Instagram integration settings have been correctly configured, yet the issue persists.
Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Verified Instagram and Facebook Page connections
Confirmed that necessary permissions for messaging are enabled
Checked flow logic and timing settings
Ensured account has not exceeded messaging limits or violated policies
