Firefox for Android Community Forum

I usually save the information in my contacts address account. I don't want to keep a passkey, password, or pattern - all the time. I'm a senior and don't go out much except to grocery store 3 times a week or a doctor visit.

Hi, I'm using mozilla Firefox both on my desktop pc and android device and I'm using your sync feature but sometimes, I mean it's so close to be regular, my Firefox android prompts me to sign in again. Is there any problem with my account? Thanks for your help

So far I HATE you in my first hour on Firefox!!!!. I'm 80yo ill-disabled on a CloudMobile Android C8 phone & find your account set-up process too overwhelming arduous & unfriendly, I never got my secondary email submitted!!!!. I've never even used the Firefox browser YET!!!!! AND NOW I Already HATE IT!!!! Every time I tried to enter my new 5-minutes Mozilla account code, the Firefox code page was gone on my stupid Android phone! I'm very sorry but hate the daunting confusing Firefox Mozilla account set-up hassle!!!!

I've created a passkey for logging in to Google.

When trying to log in to Google within Firefox on my Pixel 9 phone, I'm automatically taken to the page where I should be prompted to enter my passkey, but no prompt actually appears, so there's no way for me to actually enter my passkey. (See attached screenshot.)

To be clear, I can still tap "Try another way" and log in using other methods, such as via an approval prompt sent to my other devices.

This problem does not happen on my Samsung tablet. When I try to log in to Google within Firefox on my tablet, I'm given the choice to log in via various methods, and if I choose to use a passkey, I *am* given a prompt to enter my passkey.

Any idea what the problem could be?
