I am using firefox on android device running android 12. Have tried websites like: youtube, 9gag, and basic searches with duckduckgo and the websites don't load, or no indication of loading happens, or sometimes slow loading occurs and stops after progessing midway of total bar length. I see the same issue on firefox beta, but on chrome. I am using ublock origin as an addon. On the main browser i have a bunch of open and inactive tabs, but on beta almost no tabs. The only thing that might unblock my issue is to disable my phone's private dns which points to google or adguard. But even with it off, i still see the same issue appearing.

1) First of all, please make the vp9 code as default in firefox for android.

2) When playing 4k videos at 60fps on YouTube, all my android devices with either Fenix/Developer installed, lose about 90% of frames. Even 4k 30fps videos do not stutter/lose any frames.

Hello, I am trying to lock uBlock as enabled in nightly. Is there a method to do this in about:config? Or some other method to lock this as enabled or keep it from being disabled?

I have Firefox (Beta) installed on a Samsung S8 Android, and its sole purpose in life is to display a live videostream (live TV program from https://canalcurta.tv.br/viainternet ).

The problem is that the internet link in/from Brazil is "variable", meaning the live stream will hang - sometimes for a few seconds, and sometimes "forever".

So I have two questions:

1) Is there a buffer setting for live streaming video. (It does not matter if the stream is 2 minutes late! ;) ) (I don't want to "load entire video before watching", only have a very large buffer for live videos.)

2) Is there a way to make Firefox auto-restart a video stream which has hung more than 1 minute (or whatever)?

I use an external password manager on my Android phone - Nextcloud Passwords. It works with Google Chrome, Firefox Focus, DuckDuckGo, and other browsers. However, the main Firefox browser does not allow me to use the autofill feature with this manager app. Here are the steps to reproduce:

1. On a page with a username/password field, select one of the fields (give it focus)
2. The soft-keyboard appears and an "Autofill" popup appears (good!)
3. Pressing on the "Autofill" popup opens my password manager (good)
4. Selecting the password to fill in the manager app returns me to the page
5. Another popup should appear with the name of the site password selected in the manager app, and it looks like it does briefly, but another "Autofill" popup appears immediately. No username/password is filled.

This results in an endless loop of pressing the "Autofill" popup, selecting the password in the manager app, then the "Autofill" popup appears again.

Here is the video. You can see endless loading of website and in same time I can open it in other browser. Have same issue in two different Samsung Galaxy phones

172.16.32.1 is the login page for a WiFi offered by my landlord. Sometimes I am able to go to that page and login and sometimes your browser refuses me access. Please help me fix this and allow me to use my landlords WiFi. If you are unable to assist, please direct me to a browser I can download that will allow me to use my apartment's wifi. Please, many people find an oying the fact that Some installed WebApps still have a Top bar on then with the adress site (which is unneded and ruins the purpose of installing a WebApp. Here I will upload 2 pictures, one on youtube and one on reddit. Both with the annoying top bar. Just let us disable it!

As shown in the image, I'm having this issue where the Android version just refuses to use the internet for some reason. Wifi is working perfectly fine, yet it just doesn't do anything when I click enter on the address bar. Any idea on what's could possibly the root of the problem? It's just stuck there for the last 15 minutes.

Hi, I'm trying to play a 360 video I think it uses html5 and webgl. In the desktop version it works perfectly, with the mouse I direct the camera and I have image and sound.

However in the android version I only have sound, the image stays black. I connected the phone with remote debug and this is what I got:

To play it, I go to the website https://omegaodin.itch.io/00000 I click on "run game" and again on the little play button. Playback starts, there is audio but no picture.

In others mobile browsers as Samsung browser or Chrome, it's working.

I am very novice, but I would like to know the cause and if there is a technical solution that the developer can apply.

I have an android phone and I watch youtube on firefox. When i enter fullscreen mode, the app exits to my homescreen, then when i click on it again and enter fullscreen again, it works. How do i fix this?

I already use Firefox for Desktop and I'm currently moving from Chrome to Firefox on Android, one feature that I miss is the possibility of splitting the screen with two instances of browser each side.

Firefox allow splitting but you can only open a different app on the other side. I'd like to open Firefox on both sides and move tabs from one side to another.

I tried to search for a solution, but the keywords are too common... Some time ago, I used to access the list of tabs and it would show me the END of the open tab list. Recently, It happens just rarely - most of the time, FF shows the beginning of the list (first, second... tab), and I have to scroll trough all of the open tabs to get to the last one. This is extremely frustrating. Is there any setting that can force FF to open the en of the open tab list?

Hi been asked to put up this question. It's the same as on the forums. Android Firefox app has stopped working with mobile data. Works with WiFi. Have tried all the workarounds suggested. Nothing works. Cleared cashe deleted data reinstalled and restarted. Looks like time for a new browser. Shame really I've always used FF.

Firefox for Android allows you to register WebAuthn credentials and save them to "this device". You can test this at https://webauthn.io/ . However, I have not been able to find a way to view or remove those credentials saved to "this device". What is the location of where those credentials are saved, and how do I remove them?

Note that these credentials are not visible in Settings > Logins and passwords > Saved logins. That section seems to only be for saved passwords and does not include WebAuthn credentials.

Firefox has started to consume vast amounts of gigabytes of data in the past month that I have noticed even when I rarely use it. I generally use a different browser and use Firefox when the site i go to does not support the browser I use. I have both Firefox beta and Firefox on my LG VELVET Android phone running Android 12. What should I do to fix this recent issue.
