My default search engine is startpage, but I have to type something in and have the search fail, then it takes me to the startpage home so that I can actually search.

If i search a topic, then search another topic, find a relevant page, then scroll back, it scrolls back to the original search topic and not what I last searched, then I have to type it again.

Lemme Describe my question

I'm adding an extension and the language of that site is something that I don't know so I described to translate it. When I click on translate I saw "Translate Language 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 to 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲" Mann first thing that I want to translate that unknown language to "English" And your default language is English instead of "𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲" And in to Section 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴. 𝗔𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.

Please Add auto detection of language how may I find that what language I want to translate if I visit that site for first time and idk in which kinda language that site is operating.

In this case chrome's translation is way too better

I watch a youtube vid in FF, while say it's halfway through I close FF. The audio of the vid continues, sofar the only eay to stop it is to restart my phone.

This is new, started happening a few days ago. FF 136

Since a week or so, everytime I try to add or remove something to my search it ends up kinda moved. If I click the space bar the word prior is completely removed and when using backspace the space between the two words prior disappears. Tried different search engines(Google, Ecosia and DuckDuckgo) in Firefox and it happens in everywhere. Reinstalling didn't fix the problem. This doesn't happen in other Apps, only in Firefox. I'm using the Firefox Browser for Android.

I have thousands of bookmarks. What the hell is wrong with allowing sorting by

(1) date create, (2) date changed (3) AND by name?

I always sort by name. File folders, bookmarks.

By creation date on pixtures.

This is a no brainer. Your bookmarks are not usable. Especially if i dont recall the name. The synced folder names get me to the right subject, scanning the folder contents reviels the targetted link.

Common children, do it right or dont do it.

I have an issue with picture in picture. Every time I'm watching a video in full screen on m.youtube.com and I want it in picture in picture mode, I press the home button, and it pauses the video whilst also going out of Fullscreen mode. This happens on a Google pixel 9 running android 15 with Firefox version 136.0.2 and on a Google pixel 3xl running android 12 with Firefox version 136.0.2. And on a Samsung s21 running android 14 with Firefox version 134.0.2 (I down graded to fix an audio issue) all of these have the same picture in picture problem How do I fix this?

Its only happening with youtube. it zooms into the wrong section of the screen and not the video

Ive tried restarting my phone, making a new tab, reloading the tab, exitting firefox and then going back in and turning off extentions but nothing works.
