I've received an email about the change from Firefox account to Mozilla account. But it came to an email address that I removed from my Firefox account months ago, and not to either the primary or the secondary email addresses that are on the account now. How come?

I'm experiencing a number of issues with videos not playing at all. I could do a search for something, and I'll either find images or videos to help with what I'm working on or I'll look up video tutorials for how to do things, or just any random videos. But the videos just won't play. Instead, the page just reloads back to the same page and same screen where there's a play button, and the videos WON'T PLAY.

I think YouTube is working fine for me, but other sites and videos just don't work at all.

Even though Recently Visited is turned off I have lots and lots of recently visited sites showing up on my homepage. I have to manually remove them to clear the homepage. How do I make it stop showing all this clutter?

It happens on both me and my girlfriends phones, so I guess either something is wrong with the setting or it doesn't do what I think it is supposed to do.

When the browser tries to Autofill a URL it often goes to some popular website I never use or care about. This is a deal breaker and will have to switch to a new browser if this isn't fixed and I can't find anything in my settings to correct it. How do I fix this?

When I just went on Mozilla it said that my account was not active and took me to a page that said 400 error. It didn't look right so I hit on it and it took me to Mozilla page and the message saying my account was not active was gone. I feel like I am getting directed to fake pages.

My name is Rebecca Soto, I am being harassed by Google and/or government. IThey interfere with my interactions on the internet on Iany network or any devise while I use your private browsing. I have used your services like Firefox for years because I believe in your privacy policy. My advances to change my bank password online are useless, as soon as I fill out the information the web page I click submit and they redirect me to the previous page where it is blank again while I'm on incognito on Firefox. One simple password reset that takes 1 minute becomes a whole afternoon of loss and frustration. All because I wanted to report a concern about the drinking water in my area might have been contaminated. I believe in freedom of speech and the right to use the web privately. These people interfere with the settings on incognito mode and save my history. Use my private information on Facebook messenger , all on your private browsing Firefox app, inappropriately to influence my husband to leave me which they have accomplished. I am extremely insulted to be an American citizen today. We are suppose to respect the constitutional rights of all United States citizens and I can not understand why they chose to harass me? Honestly I believe this is a hate crime because I am Hispanic and Apache Natiive American Indian. I mean I hate to remind you that your company also runs the risk of a lawsuit that can impact this company for someone else's ignorance? This is why I am contacting you to please give my situation some attention and to take this serious. I have tons of screenshots and cell phone that have been disabled different devices connected to my Gmail. Just tons of hard evidenceas where my previous employer was sending me to a remote locations in Caldwell where I was monitored by recording video cameras in side the home. This is a big deal here and I would like your support for this matter because my entegrety will not allow me to submit to this abuse. Going to full screen on YouTube (and other video websites) usually breaks the Firefox app on pixel 7 pro. It keeps playing but just closes and can't be reopened. I have to stop the app, open it again, and try again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

After I login to the dine-rewards.com site there is a logoff function that should display. On Firefox it does not display only a blank screen. If I use Chrome browser the logoff function page does display correctly. Please advise why Firefox is not showing this page. Thank you.

I have a Samsung android phone. I have a pull down menu to show me who's texting, updates on daily news, the weather, etc. I'm getting notifications from something called tqnq.titan. then it days "tap here to check your device" Then right after that it'll say "your device is hacked" or "we will lock your phone soon. Too much spam" It says Firefox but nothing happens when i tap the notification. What is this and is it spam or a virus? I've been constantly cleaning my phone and running my anti- virus program. It states my phone is clean, but what are these weird notifications I'm getting that I've never gotten before? I'm concerned.

I recently moved to a new phone, Samsung S23+ after being on a OnePlus phone for several years. My new phone is much beefier but has been suffering from frequent crashes (it actually just crashed as I was typing this part.)

I've tried the beta version of Firefox android, I've tried with and without add-ons, I'm not sure what else to try.

Something that I noticed and thought might be related is that I had 4.7GB of background mobile data usage over the past month. I tried turning off background data usage, but it is still crashing.

I am using firefox on android device running android 12. Have tried websites like: youtube, 9gag, and basic searches with duckduckgo and the websites don't load, or no indication of loading happens, or sometimes slow loading occurs and stops after progessing midway of total bar length. I see the same issue on firefox beta, but on chrome. I am using ublock origin as an addon. On the main browser i have a bunch of open and inactive tabs, but on beta almost no tabs. The only thing that might unblock my issue is to disable my phone's private dns which points to google or adguard. But even with it off, i still see the same issue appearing.

I have Firefox 118.1.0. I am unable to access file:///data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/mozilla/ in the browser's address bar. How would I access this? I wanted the bookmarks file.

I was looking for the settings button on the Firefox Android app but cannot find it in its usual place in the meatball menu in the bottom right (I have the search/tabs bar set at the bottom of the screen). Please see attached screenshot. Could you please let me know where the settings button has been moved to? I can't find it by myself, and as this seems to be a relatively recent change I can't find anything online/in the FAQ about where it might have gone. Thank you! :)
