I use ExpressVPN and haven't had any severe issues using this along with Firefox. Somewhat recently, I can't use the browser at all while connected to my VPN. I tried switching locations and even using my cellular data instead of wifi, but I have the same issue. All other apps work with my VPN.

This is a new issue that just started occuring this month Nov/2023. Firefox for Android has suddenly developed an issue where instead of saving to the download folder and renaming the file with (1), (2), etc. It will save to a random folder and overwrite an existing file with the same name.

Noticed occuring on ebay images because they have the same naming structure.

Android Firefox not auto filling out user name and passwords So Firefox will offer suggested logins and passwords but Won't Auto fill no matter what Setting are,,I've uninstalled,resigned in,it just won't auto fill logins,,I've used it for years and have loads of site that need filling,,can any one suggest anything

Trying to find out how to turn on Java Script bin my Firefox Android Browser on my phone. I saw where it says that the question was archived, but it shouldn't go Ave been because this seems to be a recurring problem and a control for it ava script should be in plain view. I've been trying for DAYS to learn how to turn Java Script on. Can you please tell me how to do it and don't archive the answer? Thank you.

These are the issues I am experiencing:

1. Numbered list item The browsing is slow
2. Numbered list item The rendering is incorrect on some pages with garbled text/diagram
3. Numbered list item The browser crashes when I click on a link

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. I'm following instructions on computer. On Android I can't find 'sync and save data' option as instructed. I tried finding it in three dots and in settings as well. I'm signed in on both devices with the same email.

Good morning. I recently changed smartphone, activating Firefox Sync between both devices, making sure that the old one didn't have the setting that makes open tabs inactive. Now after a week I don't see anymore synchronized tabs with the old smartphone. How can I solve it? Thanks, Phil.

I've been using firefox for 20 years and never experienced problems with webpage display until I started using it on my new phone samsung s23 ultra.

More often some webpages will not size correctly with my screen and is cut off so I have to switch to chrome.

Yesterday the option to make Firefox my main browser turned on on my Android phone. It won't let me turn it on. I have Google on my phone, but I never updated it, I updated myself yesterday, I can't turn it off. I also have a MI browser that is disabled. When Fitefox is not my main browser, I cannot add web shortcuts to the start screen, and I use it all the time and miss it a lot. What should I do to restore the option to make Firefox my main browser? I used to have Google but now I don't know what's going on? Help me please!!!
