Firefox for Android Community Forum

First off it set the search bar and menu at the bottom of the screen and I didn't know how to change that. Then I couldn't sync with all my account passwords and bookmarks previously saved on other apps. I had to delete the app because the idea of privacy is great and all but I need to get access to my preferred websites and accounts easily. If you can provide an easy fix I will give the app another try.

Apparently Firefox mobile is different than desktop. On an Android phone I want to import my chromebookmarks into Firefox? I could not find an article on how to do it but yet found other people struggling and asking the same question.

I can't seem to find a way to pin bookmark tiles on the homepage (new tab). I also want to stop recently visited site tiles from appearing there if possible. Homepage and Customize in Settings don't seem to have any options for that now. Android 14, Firefox 120.0.1, Pixel 7a phone.

I have two questions.

1. Can I import bookmarks into Firefox for Android using an html file?

2. Is the following article correct for Firefox for Android?

I have Fx 123 for Android. I expected to see "Manage Bookmarks" at the bottom of the bookmarks menu like what is found in one of the article's screenshots. However, "Manage Bookmarks" doesn't appear.

Firefox Sync loaded all of my Bookmarks 4 times so I have this huge list of bookmarks. I want to delete them all and start over. How do I do this without doing it one by one? Also, is there a way to open bookmarks straight from the menu instead of going through several menus to get there.

The Bookmarks option cannot be found on the 3-points menu, con trary to the following help topic: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-bookmark-folders-firefox-android#w_create-a-new-bookmark-folder There are several options like the following three, but Bookmarks is not there: Select tabs, Share all tabs, Tabs settings, etc.

What is this issue, and how can I manage tabs folders, please? How can tabs folders be managed like making a new tabs folder or rename it?

Currently there's no way to import/export bookmarks from/to file, while in the desktop version it always has been possible. It seems Mozilla does not want this basic feature in mobile app, why? Many users are asking this since forever! Thank you

I cannot get Firefox to sync my bookmarks to to my new android. Other things are syncing so I know sync is working it just will not sync the bookmarks. I have tried everything. I have checked my sync settings a dozen times. I've signed out and signed back in on both devices. I have even uninstalled on both devices while signed out and reinstalled and still I cannot get the bookmarks on my phone. Please help! It's a Galaxy s21 and I am on windows 10

On my Tablet, the Bookmarks have decided to split into two folders :Bookmarks and Other Bookmarks. Not what I want. Is there any way that I can get them to combine to just Bookmarks?

Why firefox has not been able to add a very convenient feature of organising bookmarks in the bookmarks list, like dragging specific bookmarks up and down in order to gather similar bookmarks together, as per requirement? This bookmark managemwnt and organisation feature is a must in such a wonderful browser to make it even more convenient to use. Please add this feature.
