Hello, since the 2 last updates, i lost the ability to see the menu on side of video playing window. Usually it's the list of episodes i'm watching next to the player. It changed since prior last update i've done. Do you know how to change to previous settings please? It render small screen, full screen exactly the same size more or less. It happens on all sites i'm use to visit. I appreciate your time. Thanks a lot C.F

I am on firefox android. Currently whenever I try to download a file there's a good chance that it fails (like 70%). If the download on a file fails then itll always fail. I have tried clearing cache, disabling all the add ons, enabling external download manager and altering enhanced tracking protection level but nothing works. The only way to "fix" it is by uninstalling but it only solves the issues temporarily. After a certain number of downloads (still uncertain on the number) it goes back to failling. It's incredibly inconvenient to have to do that every 1-2days because it resets all my cookies and I have to relog on all my websites. I have like 30gb on my storage so it couldnt be that. Please any suggestion would be helpful, I feel like I have tried everything at this point. Android version 13 Using the latest version of firefox

I had been using firefox as the standard browser for years, but since the DNS-over-HTTPS feature I have had trouble with protecting my family on the web via DNS filtering. Currently the only solution that has worked is to use a different browser (the Spin browser, for whoever is interested). I have Firefox blocked using the Android family link feature (and they can't install new apps without permission). Personally, I would love to move everyone back to Firefox, but I can't find a way to do it safely. Is there a way to effectively disable DNS-over-HTTPS such that it can't be changed (kids are pretty quick at figuring out that they can just go to the settings and figuring out that they can turn the feautre back on). A parental control feature would be ideal, so I can just set the DNS-over-HTTPS to use the family DNS filter in a way they can't turn it off. Does anyone have an helpful solution, or is Firefox dead for family protection?

All of a sudden I started getting a strange download indication which didn't show up when I looked for it. Since then, when I press "+ New Tabs," a new tab doesn't open. A new tab opens only when I've clicked on a new link for a topic.

I cleared the cache, restarted my phone twice and un-and re-installed Firefox twice. I was originally synced with Firefox on my other phones, but I don't want to sign in again with that email until this problem is fixed. I haven't opened Firefox again on my previous phones since this all started. I'm going to cry if those versions are "infected" with this problem as well. I just can't erase all the data I've previously accumulated within Firefox on those devices, either.

Now I've looked in Firefox Support for this problem and I've looked again and again for a way to restart in Safe Mode, but I can't find it. Could someone please help me diagnose and fix this issue?

Is it by design Speech Synth is installed in the background on Android 8? I don't have it listed in my logs that I installed, unrequested install. Also Firefox 116.0.3 now calls for Speech Synth to be installed. Is this normal?

Last week I could light press on the screen and saved pics and vids from Onlyfans. This week I cannot. Did something change with the new version of Firefox that caused this ?

Hi everyone, My android device has been thouroughly hacked, reconfigured and I was put under administration while the hijacking of my accounts took place. I have tried to sign up with one of my 3 outlook email addresses and none of them will work. I get to the part of sign up that says we've sent an email to the address I provided. I go to that inbox and there's an immediately received mail which doesn't allow for me to verify my email with the code. It just goes straight to an account. Where can I find out who's signed in where on which account and how do I find and unlink the devices being used to hack me so violently. Any advice would be great thanks so much guys

I just got a new phone (Pixel 7a) and embedded videos have closed captions enabled by default in Firefox. Even if I turn them off while watching one video, they'll be back on the next video. I want them to just be off by default. It's not an Android setting as far as I can tell - I have all live captioning turned off and the video player isn't showing captions when I use Chrome to watch the same videos. Im a regular user of Firefox Mobile and also Firefox PC. I'm missing a very important feature in "Firefox Mobile" is Shortcuts are not Coustomizable i can't order them and also shortcut isn't "Synchronized" with Firefox Account which is really frustrating. Became "Vivaldi" & some other browsers have this features!!! I used firefox like 2years but, If i want these features i have to shift from firefox to other browsers, which i don't want to. So Please Solve my problem and make me mozilian forever.

I have always been the type of person to max out my tabs on web browsers and try to remember what we browser I used to refer to on different situations. Once I looked into Firefox, I was extremely impressed and excited to use the collection options to become better organized with different websites! I originally made a list of collections on my tablet and was under the impression that when I went to share the collection with from my tablet to my phone (both newer Samsung models) that it would share the whole collection as is to my phone and that I could create new collections on my phone and share back with my tablet. I don't always have both on hand but would like to use them interchangeably. I know I can sync the tabs which are open which is a nice feature and I have since added my collections from my tablet to my phone.

I think it would be an amazing option to be able to customize the collections - organize alphabetically, color control for collections that are similar, "parent collections" or a sub collection option from your main collection to just allow better organization. I do like the collection feature but I am not able to organize it and now I'm in a similar (though much better) scenario as I was when I had a bunch of tabs open from different search engines. Any possible update or options would be much appreciated! Also, I am very new with using Firefox in recent times so there may be something I am missing but from what I found I don't see any options as to what I'm referring to. Any help is also much appreciated!!

Whenever ZmI go 2 lookup a saved login or to enter my Android pass code 2 do the same, the keyboard to enter it refuses to show so that I can. At 1st I was using an add on keyboard called Black Red Tech from Play Store. I took that out, restarted & tried with GBoard. No change. I have restarted phone several times. Next step is uninstalling FF but I'm reluctant 2 do that. Any other ideas?? This is what the screen displays in both cases, and there is no way that talking, holding buttons or restarting seems to pop the keyboard up. This is what keyboard looks like. Firefox just updated a few days ago, the 7th of August and I can no longer long press to get the safe image or download option at all. I have a 2021 Motorola edge. I never used to have this problem and I redownloaded Firefox with no avail. Please help.
