Hello,

Quite à few month ago, after update, my new Firefox for Android does not allow me to access to the print option. I cannot find the page nor the tools options using my mobile. When using edge, chrome or other browser, I still do have this option and therefore able to print pdf copies of the resources I do want to archive. Is it possible to know why these printing options are unaccessible on Firefox using Android ?

I am trying to disable auto-refresh on my tabs when I minimize them, but when I type 'about: config' into the address bar, it just shows search engine results instead of opening it as an actual URL. I have already gone into settings and disabled all search suggestions, and it's still doing it anyway.

What am I supposed to be doing here? I spent tons of time in the support community looking for fixes to my problem and all I found were people telling me to use Nightly, but I don't want to give up basic capabilities like printing etc.

Most mobile sites are of a lower quality than their desktop counterparts. Less features and constant requests to download unnecessary apps are annoying and waste screen space. How do I force the Firefox app to only open desktop sites?

Because when I do the toggle bar it only works for one tab and when I open links to new tabs, it switches them back to the mobile version. Which for some sites that prevents me from being able to read or access things because the mobile version switches to a page that is just a prompt to download the app and clicking the desktop toggle doesn't bring me back to the page I wanted.

I saw there used to be an addon that would have been useful. It's dead now. Is there any useful replacement add on? Any convenient workarounds?

I'm currently using Firefox nightly for Android, simply for the reason of installing custom add-ons, rather than having to choose from the given list.

And I've added the 3 extensions I need at, by signing in with this very Firefox account: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../collections/]

My problem is when I attempt to add a custom Add-on collection, it asks me: Collection owner (User ID) What is my User ID? How do I add my custom collection so I can use my own add-ons? Apologies in advance if this is a silly question and I'm missing something obvious.

The latest Android+Firefox update has Firefox opening in Immersive Mode (full screen, hiding Navigation bar and Status/notification bar). I am frequently navigating between apps, so this requires me to do a lot of extra gestures in my daily interactions with Firefox. Also, I miss being able to quickly check the time and my battery life in the status bar. I know some people like immersive mode, but there are many use cases where forced full screen is not desirable, so there should be a setting to toggle this off.

Is there a way to refresh a page on Firefox for Android by dragging down the viewport?

I use it all the time on Opera for Android and it's really helpful.

Wondering if you can enable that option or where to request that feature for a new version of the browser.

Hello everybody, I use Firefox for some days now, but I'm a little annoyed with the back button / back gesture usage with tabs. On all browsers I already tried, pressing back button finally close the tab after going back to the first website opened. But with Firefox, it only go to home and let the website open without closing taba. So we have to often close manually opened tabs. Is there a way to change that please ? Sorry for my bad english, I hope it's clear.

In the search settings it is possible to add a search engine not in the list. Qwant.com is an excellent, privacy oriented search engine far better than DuckDuckGo in my experience. However, it does not follow the format Firefox for Android requires which is to add "%s" at the end of the string. Please let me know the exact string to use to add Qwant.com Thank you for all of your help. Please just provide the string needed in quotes if possible to make it very clear.

I normally have Dark Mode always enabled.

This week it's constantly switching to "Follow Device Theme" which then makes it the Light theme.

Interestingly, my phone's theme is also set to Dark mode so the Follow setting doesn't appear to work.

in ios version of firefox when full screen video it uses native ios video player. its got very good features like forward/rewind 10 second video. so i want it for android i search for 4 month but cant find any fix. tried almost all browsers in play store, some of them got it but i want it on firefox because other browsers not good as firefox and doesnt have addon support and i dont trust.

here some browsers got that feature:that i know:

1. samsung internet browser(video assistant) 2. uc browser(untrusted) 3. aloha browser(i dont trust) 4. soul browser(i dont trust)

I want to disable private browsing so it's not easy to use.

We all know what we do on private browsing and I want to put up as many roadblocks as possible to prevent that. You and I both know that 99% of the private browsing isn't banking or Christmas gift shopping.

Adding this feature in the settings has the potential to make your browser extremely popular amongst those of us who want to live better lives. It would be free advertising, and I know many people who would make the switch to Firefox as a result. Maybe only make it available in your Beta, if that's what you'd prefer.

What's the deal? I've spent an hour or so now looking this up and haven't found anything.

Before Firefox for Android v100 it was possible to show only pinned sites in the top sites section in the home screen. Now alongside my pinned sites (currently 3) there are 2 rows of 4 sites and 2 pages. All these other sites are pages related to my work, full of test URLs, 500 or 404 pages... and so on. How do I revert it to the old behavior?

I have an iPad, MacbookAir and Android phone [Samsung}. Can I use my longtime password manager, Dashlane web? It is essential that I am able to use Dashlane with Firefox
