Hello,

I am wondering if Firefox will help users auto opt out of cookies. By this I mean will Firefox implement a feature that the user can turn on in the settings that automatically deleted cookies that are not needed even if they select that they want to opt in or check the cookies that they are opting into and accidentally opt into ones they don't need to. I believe this could be achieved with machine learning that looks at the cookies that are required by websites and the cookies that are more than what are required. Is Mozilla thinking about adding this future or will it in the future? I believe it could change the industry.

Since the last update the Android status bar (top bar with the notifications, time, WiFi, battery info, etc) disappears when start browsing in the light mode. When launching the Firefox app everything is OK but as soon I start browsing the icons on the bar just turn white. ( Please see the images below) Before the last update it worked well. Any suggestions to solve this issue?

Hi I'm using Firefox Android version 106.1.0 (Build #2015909131), on an Android 12 Lenovo tablet. Every time I search and open a link, a new page opens, not a new tab. I know there is an option for opening links in new tabs in the Windows version, is the same setting available in the Android version. If so, where can I find it, please.

As of this evening, Firefox for Android no longer opens links from webpages. This was working just fine yesterday, but any attempt to solve the issue has resulted in failure.

  • I can still open links manually by copy-pasting them into a new tab.
  • I have tried disabling all add-ons, to no effect.
  • I discovered this through my regular browsing, but I have also tested a random Google search page, as well as various links in Mozilla Support.
  • Javascript appears to be unaffected.

Current version is Firefox for Android 106.1.0.

The video and sound play fine if I play the video on Google Chrome. It appears that the sound is off by default but if I try to click the mute button on the video nothing happens. Pls help Thanks
