Please add an option to set a default language to translate into. I often have to translate Japanese webpages, and each time I need to scroll through the list of "Translate to" languages to find English.

I love the browser and use it daily with Android phone and Linux laptop.

Concerning the new Android version, it is great. But please, bring back the select all tabs function. I like to save and backup my tabs by sharing them externally, and selecting them one by one is a very slow process.

Hi developers, I'm running Firefox on an Android tablet and ran into an issue. When I enable the desktop version of the browser, accessing websites (like searching on Baidu) fails to load the desktop version. I compared Edge browser with Firefox and found through website UserAgent detection that when Edge runs desktop websites, it switches UserAgent to Linux, while Firefox maintains Android UserAgent for desktop sites. This causes some websites to ignore network requests and load mobile versions. To resolve this, we need to disable and re-enable desktop website access first, which may allow the site to respond to desktop requests.

Can I adjust the settings to switch to the desktop version of the website? I don't want to switch to another browser.

I can tap the menu button (Three dots at top right of the screen). A menu appears, but there is no "Sync and save your data".

Sometimes I want to enter arbitrary IPA strings into websites from my phone. I've tried finding a privacy-respecting way to conveniently do this and the best way I've found so far is to use the app Unicode Keyboard by Tim Wunderlich, available on the Google Play Store, and enter the code point for the IPA letters or diacritics I want. This works in every other app, but in Firefox, there are two characters I can't enter this way - the combining grave diacritic U+0300 and the combining acute diacritic U+0301. Even other combining diacritica work. I like researching and talking about linguistics and conlanging online, and sometimes this involves using those diacritics to mark tones. This is such an odd specific incapability for Firefox to have but it has persisted, since at least as far back as 2024. I've just had to enter those diacritics in another app and copy&paste them in. I can enter the diacritics directly as keyboard input in Firefox on Windows and GNU/Linux.

When I go to another app, and back, tabs have to reload, often loosing what was done in the page. I have set Firefox as "No restrictions" on my Xiaomi 15 Ultra (HyperOS 3, Android 16), but Firefox still seems to unload memory very frequently.

The Settings > Delete browsing data menu provides the necessary options to clear cookies and cache, but it lacks any time range selection. It only allows for a "Delete All" approach. The Impact: This creates a problematic loop for users who value their privacy. If I want to wipe my traces for just the last hour, I am forced to delete my entire browser history and cookies, which logs me out of every single service I use. This lack of granular control is a step back from the privacy standards Firefox usually maintains. Requested Resolution: I request that you treat this as a functional gap and implement a "Time Range" picker (Last hour, Last 24 hours, etc.) within the "Delete browsing data" settings, similar to the desktop implementation. This would ensure that mobile users can manage their privacy without the "all-or-nothing" penalty currently in place. I logged into my firefox account on my mobile to sync all the data from my PC. But I didn't remember the password and did not have access to my PC. So I reset my firefox password and that caused all data to be deleted like passwords and bookmarks. What can I do to recover that? Please help.

In the latest Firefox for android UI change (dear god, why) there appears to be a new toolbar shortcut. Is it possible to turn this shortcut off, so that the top toolbar only shows |address bar|all tabs|settings|, rather than |address bar|shortcut|all tabs|settings|

Ideally, Id like to go back to the old UI, but I have a feeling that that's not happening.
