Im told to open firefox mobile and tap the 3 bars but it doesnt have the 3 bars. It has 3 dots but tappng them does not produce what Im suppse to findnext which is "Sync and save data" and scan a code from.

My guess is 'sync'ing the new firefox merely backs up its current state...
