So I just try Firefox and I want to know if it have something like auto hide tab and I found your article on how to do this but it didn't show up on private tab or on the setting

When I set a shortcut for a website, I just get a randomly colored icon with the first letter of the domain in the center from some website . This happens even though the websites have proper favicons — I checked. The issue seems to be with the app itself, not the sites. I also tried it on a freshly installed latest firfox browser, and the problem persists. One example is https://www.perplexity.ai/, which doesn't show its icon either.

In an android tablet can Firefox show the tabs on top of the browser view? As it is now I have to jump to a weird "tab screen" to see the other tabs. Feels like it's not really a tab but more like a separate window. Very kludgy way to go from one "tab" to another. This is a huge step back from Chrome.

Guys, the only issue I have is that Firefox for Android can't import/export bookmarks.html. I've tested a few others, especially one called Kiwi, and even Brave. I understand that they're Chromium based, but why can't the same functionality be built into Firefox? I think that the Sync function is too limiting. Other than that, I LOVE Firefox, have used it on PC for years and have always enjoyed the experience. It's just that I use my phone to do a great many things these days, rather than using my laptop, so the bookmark import/export feature would just make it perfect for me 😊. On July 2nd, I began receiving error messages in emails that connect with Healthcare apps that I need to check settings in my browser for Javascript & turn it back on.

I read in solutions that it's automatic, but there must be a way to activate it again. I even restarted my phone hoping that would solve it.

When I try to search something the error "Secure connection failed" appears. It works for the first few searches after installation but then the error message appears.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same thing happens.

I use android android device.

The navigation bar (forward, back, tabs) is gone. I did not change any settings. Clearing cache, reinstalling, switching to the standard Firefox app did not bring it back.

I'm trying to sign up for Mozilla monitor and I got to the payments page and selected PayPal at which point it said that I would be directed to PayPal but I wasn't. There was nothing else to click on on the page.

I recently fully switched over to Firefox, outside a few minor things it's working beautifully. However since a few weeks i'm having huge problems with the text-fields within the browser, like Google Search and various other sites. I switched from Stable to Beta, no luck. To prove it still exists, I used the nightly build. It deletes whole pieces of text when pressing space and when backspacing the word sometimes returns. It's very unusual behaviour, but other browsers dont have it.

I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro, latest update (BP1A.250505.005.C1). I tried with Google Keyboard and Microsoft Swiftkey, both give the same issues and it's honestly not usable anymore for me. Below there is a screen recording showing the issue.

Firefox search was not working for some thinfs like Yahoo or google so I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it. Before that I tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone. When I reinstalled most of my bookmarks on the initial page have dissappeared. Is there a way to recover them or can someone on your end send me a list or something so I can bookmark them again manually? Please help ASAP?!
