on common voice it says " If you’d prefer to opt out of Google Analytics data collection, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops data transmission to Google Analytics. " but i can not install the extension on android

I use advanced tracking protection in Firefox android version specifically, Firefox 86 version came with full cookie protection, does this protection work in special option?

The amount of time I have spent trying to get firefox to accept my CA, I could've used to make my own browser.

1. Downloading the pem version with firefox is a myth. (tested with v85 & v86beta) 2. Security-enterprise-roots-enabled is a windows thing, NOT android (tested with v86beta). 3. Decoding the APK reveals that firefox does not even have this: <certificates src="user"/> 4. The builtin certificates are hardcoded into native library, and replacing one with mine does not work (suspected cert pinning) 5. The button "Accept the Risk and Continue" is the last straw it does not work.

Does firefox really support custom Root Certificates on Android? if so how?

How can I import a root CA certificate to Firefox for Android? I tried uploading the certificate to a webserver and navigating to it with Firefox for Android, but it does not work, either it downloads the file or display its PEM text content, no import prompt.

I know how I can enable camera access for FireFox on Android.

So via Android settings I can find FireFox app and then allow camera access.

Also in FireFox browser I can go to settings and then set camera to ask for permission.

This is however not enough. If I enable camera I will still be unable to use the camera.

So the question is still open: how can I use the camera when using FireFox on Android. Is there a way this can be done? Or is this unsupported?

I see no option on Android Firefox to change my primary password. Is there any way to do that? I've searched but the instructions really only apply to desktop Firefox.

Hi mozilla, please consider implementing the option (on the privacy settings) of always starting in private mode.

Please can somebody add a profile with password option for the FireFox Android app? Just like there is a Fire Fox Profile iption in windows, is it possible to please add this to Fire Fox for android?

I know that private browsing means nothing is recorded. Data is stored in the RAM during that session. When Firefox is closed, the RAM is flushed. Why does cache and data grow during a private browsing in the android settings?
