Hello.

Please help me with the following, highly annoying issue. I just changed laptops and signed in to Firefox with my Mozilla account on the new device. Unfortunately the bookmarks and passwords were not updated so I can't see them.

I thought I'll sync the windows app with the android app that I have on my phone and where I have and can see all the saved passwords.

I followed the instructions on how to connect another device that say to open the Android app, go to syncing and tap the ready to scan button to read the QR code. The problem: there is no Tap Ready To Scan button on my phone! I looked for it everywhere and it just isn't there. Please see the attached images.

All I want is to import the passwords and bookmarks from my phone to my laptop. Please help me.

I'm sorry if this question already exists or if a ticket has already been opened, but I can't find any information on the internet. I'm experiencing something strange. When I try to open the password manager, Firefox asks for my password to unlock access. The password is correct, but then Firefox keeps asking for it and there is no way to go back and I have to close the application.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

I've tried to fix this issue about deception but the more try to fix it I deem to make it worse my search history speaks for itsself , I didn't and still understand fully how To fix the issue I'm frustrated and over it , in short all I've tried to do is to declare a Google account is used for my personal Google search only , I've never meant to make u think I own a business of any kind , I didn't and STILL DONT understand what buttons I've pushed or why I can't fix it

I have notice that firefox android v136.0.1 consume more battery than the onther famous browser (edge, chrome, bhave) in android 14. I request to make firefox android battery efficient.

I have been using uBlock Origin for years to block ads in youtube. Recently I started getting ads again and when I checked I found uBlock was disable snd couldn't be enabled. I dl the latest version but it gives me an error message when I try to load it. Please help.

Firefox keeps crashing when I am trying to write comments on fb. The comment 'box' (I guess) lays itself over text, getting in the way if my ability to see text, or access the comnent, react , reply options.

Also, Add ons are mysteriously disabled. I removed the adblockers, and tried to relaod them The downloads failed. My remaining add ons are disabled I am not able to enable them.

I am unsure what the problem is, or how to fix it Please advise. Thank you.
