Hi, my Firefox on my iPhone was updated on the latest version (116.0), and upon opening it after the update, I realized all of my open tabs were completely gone! This includes the private browsing tabs, which typically persisted from opening to opening of Firefox. Every tab, both normal and private browsing, is now gone. How can I restore them? I've *never* had any issues with any prior Firefox iOS update before!

This is critical to me; thank you for your help in any way, whether that be it through my synced account (which also lost the open tabs, from what I can see) and/or anything else.

Just updated Firefox to version 112.2 on my iPad which has iOS 15 Did the update via the apple App Store. Relaunched (restarted) Firefox and ALL tabs that were open are Gone! I can’t find the “restore previous session” option anywhere.

Can you tell me where to find it? How do I get the previous session back?!?

I’ve been using Firefox for years. Firefox not starting up after the update with all the previous tabs open is devastating to me. I need to get the previous session restored. Please help

Hi, Could you lease tell me how to update my Firefox. iPad current Firefox version is 132.1 and with this version I was denied service at my chase mobile bank. They required most recent version and I can’t figure out how to ask Firefox to update itself. It usually happens automatically so I never really paid attention. Thank you Andrew

How can I get the download for version 78 for Firefox? My Mac is on 10.11.6 and my Firefox won’t open bc the newer version isn’t supported. I need the old version and can’t seem to find a way to download it. Please help!

Install an update is the closest I can come to what I need. I have more than five devices in my home that I would like to use with Mozilla VPN. I really don’t want to create another Mozilla account in order to add more devices. I don’t mind spending more money. What do I do? Is there a commercial account option?

I had to reset my first gen iPad Air and do not have Firefox. The app store requires IOS 13 to download. I have version 12.5.7. is there a way to get an older version to install on my iPad?

Hi - after deleting then reinstalling Firefox on my ipad I found that all my bookmarks had disappeared. I’ve tried re-syncing bookmarks to no avail, and tried to follow instructions to find my profile (‘about:profiles’, enter) but just reverts back to the same page so can’t progress, tried settings/troubleshooting but no sign of my profile folder let alone ‘Application Basics’. Are my bookmarks permanently gone? Any advice would be much appreciated (I should say I’m not the most computer literate so very probably there’s something I’m not doing right!) - many thanks, Cheryl.

Ever since I updated the app, all of my tabs keep disappearing when I close the app. I’ve kept a lot of tabs on my Firefox app, and it’s very upsetting that I keep losing the tabs that I need. Is there any fix?

Previous update to current Firefox update v128.2, all the synced tabs on the iPad have disappeared.

Was this a known bug?

Can Mozilla support help to retrieve from backend servers and restore if possible?
