Hi, I’m not tech savvy but wanted to know if I need to delete cache and cookies from my default Firefox focus browser and if so, how do I ado it? Also, is there a way to make my email address pop up so I don’t have to type it out every time?

Following the creation of this ticket, please find below my issues :

- Why does Firefox can go into blank “black” or purple screen for no reason apart from working into multiple windows (and not tabs from Firefox) (cf. Screenshot enclosed)

- Why is it not possible to download audio files ? It goes into playing mode only (cf. Screenshot enclosed)

- Why do I have multiple sessions opened at the same time like for Web browsing or syncing devices, and some of them incorrectly identified or easily removable without interruption of services (in particular I notice Safari instead of Firefox Private in strict mode ? Or same device named differently like Firefox iPad or Firefox iOS 122, iPad ? Also some where not present yesterday but when looking again today it is said connected 5 days ago). In case of my device being hijacked or in parallel used in the background, can you provide diagnostic support to validate this situation ? (cf. Screenshots enclosed)

Also I can notice that on some particular secure website (cf. Example in screenshot enclosed) lateral or horizontal scrolling is not correctly working with important time lagging with mice. “Without touch screen which seems to respond better, I would have throw away my machine”.

I just found out out I got like a couple of hundred inactive tabs on my Firefox app on my iPhone. I just got a new phone and now I’m worried that when I transfer from my old iPhone to my new one, the inactive tabs won’t be transferred along?

Safari on an iPhone has the ability add a bookmark to the iphone home screen which makes organizing and getting to the desired bookmark easy. I would like to use Firefox instead of Safari but it doesn't appear that Firefox on iOS on an iphone has the ability to add a bookmark to the iPhone home screen. Is that correct? Or am I not doing something correctly.

If I send tab to my ipad (ios v12.5.5) from my PC (win 10), it wont arrive on my ipad. I can send tabs from my ipad to my PC or iphone and all work fine. PC to iphone (ios 15.5) or iphone to ipad, again all work. It's only PC to iPad. In fact, I send tabs back & forth from 2 laptops, 2 PCs & iphone and all work fine just PC to ipad

I have notifications on, have signed out of all devices & signed back in, removed devices from sync and re-entered, I have deleted Firefox on ipad and PC, cleared cache & cookies on ipad &PC, still the same issue.

Is it an ios 12.5 issue which is the latest version I can install?

How do I show Firefox bookmark toolbar on my iPad Pro, that I setup on my iMac? Is there some other way to access all my bookmarks I’ve set up in Firefox on my iMac?

There is no ‘recent history ‘ option under ‘history’ so cannot delete history using advised method. Under “history” all i get is a list of sites visited with no option to remove. No left or right swipe eithrr. Only option seems to be to delete firefox

When using Firefox on an iPhone 13 mini it keeps locking up stuck on a web page and nothing will clear it unless I reboot the iPhone the all ok it’s so bad now I can’t use Firefox as my default browser

Like the title says, just looking for an option in settings to delete all data on close for the IOS version. If there is not an option, what is the possibility of getting one in a future release? Thanks for any helpful responses.

Hello! I’m trying out the whole AI search engine thingy with You.com but i wanna use firefox rather than the IOS app that they provide. I’ve already set You as the default search engine and that all works when I’m searching from within Firefox. But when using the IOS Spotlight search thingy, e.g the search thing that IOS app then pressing the firefox icon with my search, it simply searches with google instead of You.com.

Is there a fix for this?

Starting last week, or earlier, Firefox in my iPhone renders some websites in night mode colours. This seems most frequent in sites accessed by Google. I have tried turning night mode on and off in as many places as I can find, without improving the situation.

How is it possible that such a glaring design error still exists after so many have asked for so long?

And to those commenting completely incorrect and unhelpful steps that lead to menus that don’t exist in the settings, WHY?

I’m bout to go back to safari. I love everything Firefox stands for but this is such a glaring oversight I can’t help but wonder what else is being missed.
