I need this fix now. I'm loosing time and I haven't got any. I'm unable to make the 2nd verification work. I went to the app store and got a Authenticator. It works except when I try to use it for the second verification. When I went to turn it on on my phone, it wouldn't turn on. I think it's still trying to sync. This is a serious problem that I didn't ask for and didn't expect to have another trouble shooting problem that is ruining my business. I'm trying to work and it won't let me.

May I talk to a person? I would love to get help. I need to get help, but I'm stopped from signing up due to this problem. Talking to someone works best for me and is the fastest way to fix this. I have to get my shop up yesterday.

Please help. [removed phone# from public forum]

When I try to login and it can detect my email so I don’t need to key in my email I just key in my password. after keying in my password it say missing parameter:client is but if I log out and re login again by re keying in my email information and password there won’t be this error message.Even with this error message I will still be logged in as I will receive a email to say I am sign in and when I go back to the home page and go back to the account page again I will be already logged in.I will still be logged in afterwards when I re enter the account page but this message will pop up if I just key in the password without my email as it can detect my account but if I just re enter my email and password I don’t face this message. This is not the first time I faced this

hi team

I am a multi decade, firefox in Mozilla supporter

About five years ago, had to transition to iPhone

The best solution was Lockwise for managing passwords, retaining cross platform support using firefox sync

In the last week or so Lockwise started automatically logging me out at least every day. This is extremely annoying and frustrating.

I would ditch lockwise, however it is the only solution to get Firefox sync passwords on iOS

Please advise - that seems like a bug in Lockwise that was recently introduced as a regression

It seems like Firefox password is not supported as a source in Firefox yet either on iPhone otherwise I would switch to that

I used Firefox for iOS all the time on my previous iPhone. When I got a new one and downloaded it, I came across this issue. I am logged in to Firefox and all the sites I have passwords for are saved. It also asks me if I wish to save passwords. Neither of these function properly. All the passwords and usernames come up blank.

Hello, Setting up a new iPad and signing into Mozilla fire fox, I found myself though I see on my phone I have more than one Mozilla account. On the iPad there are several with no username and no password. This is the case for Amazon? as well. For example, Amazon, UK Amazon, Germany, Amazon it’s only Amazon? france, Amazon?, USA, etc.. each time I have to write in my email and look up my password on another device, and then ask the iPad to remember the password and the password is NEVER remembered. Sorry, I don’t know why all caps. I am hoping a synch will clear things up, but do I sing from my phone or do I sync from an old computer? If I do have several Mozilla accounts, probably because I encountered password trouble and created a new ID, there could be a great amount of Helter skelter. If I sync more than one of these to the new device, will they all remain on the device or will they be faithful to the account that I am signed in on?

How do I tell which account I am using in Mozilla fire fox

Is there a trick to get Mozilla firefox to merge with the one on my phone for example, where things seem to be pretty straightforward.

I apologize because I’m not asking a clear question. Has anybody run into a problem of having their fire fox password system absolutely non-functional, and in addition to that on an Apple device, that the iCloud Keychain doesn’t want to remember the password, either, nor do the websites want to “remember me”.

If I know more, I’ll come back for help. Thank you, thank you all very much.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1395581 <------------- Perfect example. Only responder is completely useless, asking pointless, obvious things, not understanding clear explanations, and not a single other person even attempting to help.

Your password system for iOS is completely screwed up. As others have noted, it never asks to save a password. Yes, the option is turned on. No, we aren't all in private mode. These questions are silly.

When I went to log in today - because I have to log in, and then verify it's me, every single time I open the browser, because ?????? - I also verified it ALWAYS says the first entry of your PW is wrong. I marked "view password" to ensure I entered it the right way. Entered it exactly the same way the second time. Worked the second time. This is how it goes literally every single time I log in. First time it says the PW is wrong, enter the exact same one a second time, works perfectly, and doesn't bother to ask me to save it, so I have to go through the entire obnoxious process every single solitary time I want to log into absolutely anything.

Then people ask about it, and are either told "-shrug- works fine for me lol," given meaningless responses with requests to log into people's personal websites, or they're completely ignored. The last person asking this question said they were going to just get another browser, and that's about where I'm at. This isn't an isolated incident, either. The number of questions on here that end with the user giving up and the question being archived without answer - sometimes without a single answer even *attempted* - is laughable. Firefox is more trouble than it's worth, and even getting a simple answer about passwords takes months of research and ultimately leads nowhere and nobody has any idea how to resolve the problem.

Oh my god. I wanted to export my bookmarks in preparation for going to another browser, since you clearly don't support this one, and come to find - YOU DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO EXPORT BOOKMARKS FROM iOS FIREFOX. You may be the hands down worst browser I've ever seen in my entire life. Every single thing is a huge ordeal, usually takes months of research that ends in me giving up, and basic functions like exporting bookmarks you just deliberately don't offer?

Holy crap. I'm not only uninstalling this from my tablet but I'm getting rid of you on my desktops too. Your company is far too incompetent and careless to risk having on any of my devices.

I'm using Firefox on iOS along with the Bitwarden app for password management. I've noticed that Chrome and Safari display Bitwarden suggestions for password autofill directly in the toolbar, but Firefox does not. Is this due to my settings, or could it be an unfixed bug with Firefox on iOS? Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows if it's being addressed?

I was going to switch from Chrome to Firefox on my iphone, but FF is telling me I need to set up Touch ID/passcode to use the saved passwords feature. I don't want to do this and don't see a way around it. Is there any option to decline this? If not, I guess I'll be stuck with Chrome for now! Couldn't find an answer to this anywhere. I have been having trouble with getting FF to work correctly with LastPass. I have reinstalled it multiple times and tried clearing cache after installation so I have a very clean FF. The last time I had this issue, LastPass support had me clear the cache without a new download and that worked for a short time. Is there a file etc. that needs to be cleared to now work with LastPass? I am using chrome with no issues with LastPass. I do not use Safari very often but LastPass works with it on my imac.
